An unmarried lady dies at 60 years. She has not adopted any one. Her parents died 10 years ago.She has two brothers who are alive. One of them is elder and the other younger. She has among other things a flat. This is put on sale.Who would sign as the legal heir: Elder brother or both the brothers? In case both of them sign, will there be any problem to the elder brother who does have not issue and wants to donate almost all of his self earned assets to a charity?

I made 29 last week and ever since summer vacation started I haven't made over 32. Someone told me that I can get unemployment? How does this work? And can I collect for the past weeks? I was hired full time? I am used to 40 +

Has anyone claimed this unemployment for less hours?

I have been a subcontractor for a major company for over five years. I have worked in very sensitive areas, including local law enforcement offices, banks, business'..all while representing this company. I have never had a complaint or anything of the sort filed against me. I haven't been jailed or charged with a crime. Someone who scours the mugshots available online discovered I had a drug charge 7 years ago, My record,along with several other people's, sent it to the company, and I got fired.
I was also 'blackballed' from the entire divison, which effectively ends my career. Do I have any recourse ?

Ok so I put a PS2 bundle on Ebay and someone bought it for 150 dollars. He sends me an email saying he lives in Virginia but is on a business trip in England. He says he bought the PS2 bundle for his kid for a birthday present. He says he was going to send me 150 for the product and 300 dollars for the shipping. I tell him I am not going to send anything until I receive the address and payment. When I go on Ebay, it says his account is no longer registered. He sent me an email with the address and mail instructions and he said that I should look out for a confirmation mail for the money. I waited and received nothing until I noticed a mail in the bulk folder and it was a "Paypal" confirmation mail. The weird thing is that the email address was verify@accountant.com or some **** like that. He says I have to send the shipping tracking number to that email and ill get the funds. I emailed him saying how can i send the mail if i dont have the money and asking why his ebay account is ....

i quit my job of two months.
just before my pay for the second month. i quit without one month notice. its the company policy for the employee to provide a notice before leaving. i just knew that.
so now .. im asking for my second month salary. but they said they wont pay me. is that fair?

This car is mine, my name is on the title and so is my grandma's name.

My dad has said stuff like he will never let me have it back, not going to support me anymore, and many other negative things...because I came home too late one night or something.
I admit I've disobeyed them and they just want to ground me.

I'm 21 now, pregnant, plan on moving in with boyfriend and marrying him someday and my parents don't understand that I need my car.

Once I change my address and move out can they still keep my car? Do me and my boyfriend have the law on our side?

If my wife had a civil lawsuit judgement against her before we got married. Could my bank account be frozen because we are married? It's not a joint account and does not have her name on it. I am a little worried that it may get frozen and can't seem to find an answer on the net anywhere. I have tried calling a few lawyers to find out but can't get any answers. but i mean, beer is legal and has caused tragedies for thousands of families.
marijuana can be good for you, there are no recorded deaths related to marijuana, and doesn't cause violence like alcohol.

Imagine someone 'P' sends his child in some expensive scool suggested by his friend 'N'.
'P' gets good reports about that scool from 'N'.
But few months later after admission 'P' feels that his child is not studying well there ; that scool's staff is also not good and moreover P's child gets many new bad habits in that scool .
'P' blames his friend 'N' for this all..
Can 'P' sue 'N' for all damages he suffered (India)???

This woman on Oprah was charged not guilty for killing her husband who molested her child. Oprah asked every question except, "why did you get charged 'not guilty?' " Anyone know how someone could get "not guilty" for a crime like that?

Ok so I'm making a youtube video and have a directors acount. The catch with the directors acount is that it is illegal to upload copyrighted materials and my account could get deleted. I want to put music in my video, is there any way around the copyright issue? I heard that it is legal to use up to 8 seconds of a copyright song before it is illegal, is that true?

I am in a complete outrage and I just don't know what to do about this situation. I have been renting a 3 bedroom apartment in West babylon for the past year. A very close friend of mine who is black was visiting me from NC for 10 days, I told my landlord a week in advance that she was comming, and he had no problem with it. When she came just today he freaked out becaust she is black and made a horifing statement that first you brin spanish people into my house(my husband is hispanic)Then you bring black people in. He told me not only can she not stay here, but I have to find a new place to live! I just don't know what to do about this, if I fight him what stops him from raising my rent and chasing me away, at the same time I feel I have an obligation to fight for what is right. Please help!
