what part of the wolrd are guns or weapons legal? is there a place in the world that has no weapon laws?

im wondering if there is a place in the world that anyone can go and manufacture, and /or own any weapon of choice in the world?is there anywhere in the where you can go and have your own arsenal? or anywhere in the states that you can go and manufacture what ever weapon you want without permits?

The United States has more than 20,000 gun laws. Many of them are state to state laws that explicitly spell out what type and manner of firearms that a person can possess legally.
Federally, many laws exists that ban certain firearms such as machine guns and the like.
As for worldly, I cannot think of any nation that does not officially have laws on firearms. This does not mean that every country enforces the laws it has (but most do!)
Also, FYI world laws exists that many countries must comply with. These international laws do restrict weapons that a military can use; thus, there isn't in all reality any country that has no firearm laws.
The only quasi exception would be Finland, where citizens whom have served honorably in the Finnish military are allowed to keep their service rifles. As a matter of fact, all males in Finland between the ages of 18-45 MUST own a firearm unless they cannot legally own a firearm due to mental illness and criminal charges.
The nice thing for the Finnish is that firearms are much more affordable than in the states due to nearly no taxes on firearm importation and such things such as suppressors are completely legal and can be found all over (yet they have a very low crime rate I may add for those anti-gun people whom are waiting to take hits at my answer!)

Martial Artist best learn how to fight people that are unarmed, because even when there is weapon defense training it's usually very poor and unrealistic. In general a good Martial Artist knows that if another person has a weapon it's better to run. Weapons are made to give people an advantage and so even a person with no skill using a gun or a knife can still be life threatening to a Martial Artist who has trained for many years. While there are ways to fight people who have a knife or a gun, both require a lot of skill as well as a lot of luck. It's very easy for an accident to happen and once it does you could be dead. This is why MAist know it's better to run unless they *have* to fight. Should a Martial Artist carry a weapon? If they feel that they might get into a situation where they *have* to use one, and it's legal, then why not? But it's much easier on ones mind to run away than to seriously hurt or kill another person. That being said, if I had no choice and had to fight someone who had a knife, I wouldn't mind having one myself.
