Sleep? No, it is not illegal.
Sexual activity is possibly illegal, depending on their ages and the state laws where the sexual activity takes place. If both are the same age and decide to have sex, there is usually no legal problems; unless they are way too young to be making those kinds of decisions. Parents are a different matter; as is if one of the people has been judged mental incompetent to make such decisions (Example: one of the people involved has Dow's Syndrome). If either person says "No" then it becomes rape and that is definitely illegal.
This answer is also valid if the underage people are of the same gender as well.

There are rules that do certainly that after toddlers are previous a undeniable age they shouldn't proportion a room. are you able to think of a 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days ld lady sharing a room together with her youthful brother, or be it any incorrect way around? I even have all sons yet even at that as quickly as my young toddlers have been older I had to visit a miles better residing house as they could not proportion rooms through fact they mandatory their privateness. this may well be doubly so for opposite intercourse siblings and from a good youthful age.

I think it depends on how "underage" the two people are and how close in age together they are.

Yes. Most states except maybe Utah because you can get married really young there. But it is rarely prosecuted anyway unless one of the parents finds out and has proof.

NO IT IS NOT. Because they are both underage, neither is responsible for their own actions. However if one is even slightly over the legal age and the other is slightly under..all hell breaks loose!

ya it's illegal, but it's at least better than one person overage and one underage.

Your parents may/will frown upon it (to say the least) but it's as legal as it is for people to have affairs.
