Half the employees are under one name and the other half are under another name. One building, one business, but they go by 2 names. Someone told me they do that for tax reasons. Is that some kind of fraud?

Thank Goodness I decided to sit in my car for a little while in the morning because that evening when I was leaving, I noticed that my car had been hit. The next day, I found her car in the parking lot and she had paint on her bumper, the same color as the paint on my car. My car has silver paint on it's bumper matching the paint on her car and SHE DENIES HITTING MY CAR!! My job has surveillance of the parking lot but are refusing to show me the surveillance. They said the surveillance is not used for that purpose. What can I do?

I current work a normal 40 hrs a week. I work OT occassionally as it is usually unlimited at my job. However some days I don't feel like it. My job made it mandatory for about 3 months about a year ago and then they stopped and made it only voluntary. Now because they aren't getting enough people volunteering, they are saying it may go back to mandatory. Is it legal for a job to force OT? Any websites or articles that prove it is illegal?

Today I was on my way home from school and I went through an amber light. Even though I had beaten the red light, I got pulled over. The cop bassically lied to my face telling me that the light was red for like two seconds.

I know that I'm innocent but there's no way to prove my case without proof that I didn't run that light.

It there a site that you can go to in order to access taping of traffic?

I just got notice today from a police officer that i had a returned check in dec 06 for $55.00 and must appear in court, even if i pay this in full before the court date i must appear in court. Whats involved with a 1st degree misdeam for passing a bad check? It should be illegal to give random drug tests. What people do in the privacy of their own home should not be tested. It is a voilation of the 4th amendmant and I can not stand companies that practice that. How do they get away with it?

Can you kick someone with a criminal background out of their house if they are renting section 8? If so how can you do this? A house in my neighborhood is rented out by section 8 and all the tenants have criminal backgrounds and are always having problems with other gangs, causing problems for the whole block. The most common thing is drive by's.....please help

I would think that would be considered libel since he was acquitted in court. Do I think he did it? Heck yes...but I can't go around stating it as fact that he did it. It just doesnt make any sense. Yes, the families are entitled to money, but it seems that Fred Goldman is not only upset that OJ has gotten away scot-free he is using his son's death as a get rich quick scheme. Either way, I just want this stupid thing to end..its been what? 13 years....jeeze

if you dont they can put any bad thing you do or say in it and the law says you can get and see you file any time you ask , if a manager gets on to you they can put in the file that it was averble warning and use it later. check your files people warning

If some people send obscene & abusive statements in some chat room of some website which are open to all the visiters of that chat room..
and if some visiters also SEND words like they are enjoying that procedure in that chat room ......
will not that be violation of section 292 of Indian Penal Code (regarding publicly exibiting of information which is obscene)????
Will not all other visiters enjoying there and also that web site be responsible for abetment or joint liability or group liability of that act in India???

What about the native americans? do they not deserve a month for their history? after all they were here first and suffered more persecution than the african americans did. All of their land was forcibly taken from them forced on small reservations and some entire tribes were killed to extinction. 5 months ago my husband was killed when A 23 yr old kid turned left in front of him. He was tested for drugs and found to be on something , but police here will not do anything to prosacute him , he has since ran over a old woman walking in a parking lot and left her for dead, he got a slap on the wrist , before he killed my husband he had a wreck the month before too , police here are currupt. I have tried the DA , no help , tried TBI no help , called FBI , not interested in it at all, he was a good man, a vetran, he deserves justice , please help me take this guy off the streets . My sister did a really stupid thing when she was out with some friends on a hen night at the weekend. She was really drunk (I know it's no excuse!) and she took another girls bag from a pub. The girl saw her and got it back, but the police were called. She then gave a false name and address and was arrested for theft and perverting the course of justice. She is really worried as to what will happen to her now. This is the first time she has ever been in trouble. Can anyone help or know what is likely to happen to her? Thanks.
