Whoa. He killed your husband, and the prosecutor did not charge him at all? That's crazy. Was your husband at fault in the accident at all? That could have been a factor.
If everything is exactly as you describe, then I believe your answer is to involve the media. Go to your favorite local television station, and speak personally to one of the news persons. Ask them to investigate. Do the same thing with the local paper, as well as whatever is the big paper in your region. Take evidence that you can show these media people.
You should consider starting a website, too. Something like "Justice for [Husband's Name]."
One caution: be 100% sure that you tell the truth at all times because, if you make anything up, you could be sued for defamation.
Second caution: if this person is violent at all, be sure to have an alarm system installed or do whatever you need to do to protect yourself and your family.

Hire a lawyer and sue the police dept the state ect. I would also contact your state congress man and let them know what is going on in your town. dont let it stop with the death of your husban. make sure who ever was envolved pay for letting this kid out on the street to do as he pleases. just because you contacted these people once doesnt mean you should stop at that write a letter to them every week call them once a week maybe then they will finaly get it through there heads that you wont take no for an answer.

the final element a man or woman needs while dealing with lifes curveballs is to be left on my own. i've got faith human beings say this yet do not truthfully recommend it. some all and sundry is fortunate to have human beings at their area for the period of the undesirable situations. Admitting you have a topic is the 1st step in restoration. i'm not sure what your skills is or if its a determine of speech. Use the money to seek for therapy. It is in basic terms not a waste. Humble your self and are available across a professional which could start to heal this habit. A existence without humility wont somewhat take excitement in all it particularly is tremendously good in this international. Your husband won't be in a position to help you presently. feels like he has his very own issues to handle on the 2d. you have yours. restoration you... good luck to you.

OMG, I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss!! I think you should contact the media (newspaper, TV, etc). Especially if the police are corrupt. This way you can get community support and local/national attention. With a spotlight on the case, there's less of a chance for the perpetrator to get off with just a "scolding". Good luck and God bless!

You should probably start by contacting the news channels in your area, if they aren't interested try the national news. Or newspapers. Either way anything to gain publicity about corruption and the injustice gets people interested , i'm sure lawyers will come knocking.

Find a lawyer interested in a big, fat civil suit against the cops and the courts that let the kid go. Your husband had a right to be protected and the cops & court clearly failed to do that.

I think a fat civil suit would make them sit up and pay attention. Look into wrongful death attorneys in your area, I'm sure you can find one who will take the case, and he or she might even work on a contingency. Call your local Bar association.

Write to your local press/Radio/TV journalists.
There must be someone interested in your story.
Since he turned left in front of your husband,
he can only be charged with driving offenses.
