I current work a normal 40 hrs a week. I work OT occassionally as it is usually unlimited at my job. However some days I don't feel like it. My job made it mandatory for about 3 months about a year ago and then they stopped and made it only voluntary. Now because they aren't getting enough people volunteering, they are saying it may go back to mandatory. Is it legal for a job to force OT? Any websites or articles that prove it is illegal?
