Can you kick someone with a criminal background out of their house if they are renting section 8? If so how can you do this? A house in my neighborhood is rented out by section 8 and all the tenants have criminal backgrounds and are always having problems with other gangs, causing problems for the whole block. The most common thing is drive by's.....please help

No...technically that's discrimination. You should have done a background check before hand if you were worried about things like that.

Until they do something that poses a threat to you there's nothing to do about it - but if they are in known gangs and you have proof - might be worth looking tinto

No, generally you can't kick them out because of their criminal background. However, you CAN kick them out for their current behaviors as tenants. If you have proof they are involved in criminal activities on the property, you can evict.
