Gandhiji was said to be an aposle of truth. On 1st August, 1947 he visited Srinagar, Kashmir for 3 days. Before visit he told that his visit is purely personal, not political, only to utilise the invitation of king late Pratap Singh of Kashmir in 1917 when both met at Kumbh fair. Was he going for enjoying Kashmir just 13 days before partition of India in politically very hot period despite earthquakes there from 20th July to 29 th July,1947 only to utilise the 30 year old invitation of former king ? He went by Delhi-Rawalpindi route. On the way his car was stoned by people throughout mostly in Baramulla. Prem Nath Bazaz sent him a registerd letter asking is it really a non-political visit(published in Hamdard)which was never acknowledged. After his visit Pandit Ramchandra Kak who was pro-people's causes favouring accession to Pakistan was sacked from the prime ministership & was replaced by Janak Singh who openly said,"Kashmir is a part of India." Doesn't not this show his real face ?

I believe this to be the case in our family. (I asked the question earlier about trusts and wills.) I understand that a guardian and/or parent of a minor child can sue the trustee for breach of fiduciary duty but is that something that I can start or do myself? If so, then how do I start the process? I am located in the state of Washington, do you have any tips or hints for me? Know of any lawyers besides myself just looking for one in phone book and hoping that they are not affiliated with the family. Wouldn't that be a conflict?

In India have an especial system call caste system that differentiate people in big four part.
Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Sudra.
Brahmin means human’s month.
Kshatriya means human’s arms.
Vaishya means human’s legs.
And Sudra means human’s feet.

Unbelievable things that the Brahmin could legal kill Sudra, just compensate a goat or other kind of livestock.

What is reason in India have no human right like that?

there's a judge here who is in the practice of doing as he pleases and makes him happy rather than by the law.You would swear he makes laws and rules as he goes along. He put someone I am close to in jail for probation violation even with the probation officer standing in front of him with the paperwork in hand telling him that the person isn't on probation, and this person's lawyer was there too.He (the judge)statedthat he didn't care and didn't want to hear anymore from either one of them and the person is to remain in jail!!The lawyer had to find another judge to get the person out of jail(which was an illegal incarceration). There's alot more this judge has done, but there's not enough allotment on here to tell it all.

The state is Washington. Yes, in the will there was a percentage amount given to each person named in the will. It states in documents that this trust should sustain the family and that the trustee should be taking care that this is how it is being handled and cared for. And also that the trustee is bound to do this rather than spend it like they are. It also says that there may be distributions to family members and that there is also emergent funds available. found out years later about there also being 2-4 trusts that are part of or came out of the same monies/properties. 1 or 2 under my husbands mothers name and 1-2 under her fathers name. (one being a living trust) Am I satisfactory answering your questions?

I have a problem with my husband (and his brother and his uncle) spending my kids inheritance. The trust is set up to sustain the family and these people are just spending every cent they can and selling the properties like crazy. I am afraid that by the time my children reach college age that it will all be gone. I know that is not how it was intended to be and I also have the documentation that states it as so. I also have a few issues of my name getting signed to documents. If there is anyone that is in the legal profession and is willing to give me some direction on where to go or who to call I would greatly appreciate it. His family is well know around here so it is hard to find someone that is NOT affiliated with them in one form or another. I would like to thank you in advance for any assistance in this matter. Thank you.

the family of ron goldman are getting all rights to o.j.'s book. i think that is completely uncalled for. this family is getting rich of there 40 some odd year old son who was supposedly killed by o.j. Simpson. yet Simpson was acquitted of all charges so why would another judge go and reward this family 33.5 million. they took o.j.'s hiesman trophy for Pete's sake how low can they get. when in all actuality it was probably ron goldmans family that planned all this out because they figured o.j. would have motive so they could pin it on him. this family went by the old addage money solves all problems because they are living off a dead guy who was probably sickly in the first place after all he did hook up with an atheltes ex-wife.
