Can a Family Court force my son that has extreme an extreme anxiety disorder force my son to go to his Dad's for visition?Going to his Dad's is just an underlying proble. He doesn't go out with friends, going on elevators, being without me for 5 minutes, if I', in the house has to know where I am at all times, won't go on school trips, won't go to restautants etc. But his father thinks it's because I am stopping him from going. I beg my son to go with his gahter. It has nothing to do with his father, it's his anxiety. He is 10 and has lost the first 10 years of his life. If he's forced, he will ever get better, he is seeing a psychologist for 8 months and now he is finally working on his anxiety, rather than why he doesn't want to go to his Dad's. He in so much pain, I cry constantly, especially when he lies to his friends why he can't go somewhere. He always has a story for them because he's embarrased why he can't go. What will the court's do?

2 weeks prior to Indiana Court ruling for defendant the plaintiff initiated Florida Case, likely knowing result of Indiana decision. Any & all criteria relative to State Statutes concerning Florida Court justifiably entering jurisdiction are disproved and moot, though Florida Court continues to exercise jurisdiction. Plaintiff moved then to another circuit within the state and initiated same said case again there; said case was dismissed . . . yet original Florida Circuit Court continues to exercise jurisdiction in error.

to take a lawsuit out on a newstation (multiple news stations) for slander or libel? they basically publicised that she had been found GUILTY of numerous felony charges when she really pled to diversion. she wasnt found guilty of ANYTHING and is NOT considered to have a status as a felon. the newstation was contacted and they refused to retract thier statements or publicly apologize even after they acknowledged they had false information. what kind of lawyer does she need to contact?

The children in questions have been told by the police to stop kicking a ball by my window and make obscene gestures, taunt etc...
I had taken some pictures to show th police the children involved. One policeman told me last year it was ok, the others say no.
I need the exact point of law to quote.

Just like your precious corporations! I want to make it so that 'he' not only has these rights, but immortality as well!

Don't tell me that 'he' doesn't have these rights either. I know the constitution. I can give him citizenship, then move him to another country and set up a tax shelter there. I can give him my own money so that he can hold it in good faith. If he files for bankruptcy, it goes on his credit, not mine. He can vote in political elections and apply for welfare, and other governmental 'bail-outs'

After doing this, I also want to do it for all the rest of my 8,115,861,748 friends, so I need an automated process for such application. I can pool all of them, and get price reductions on anything from insurance to food.

Did I mention that my little friends occasionally manifest themselves to the 'real' world as rectangular pieces of paper with unique metallic ink printing, bizarre slogans, and idolic symbolism?

This is a crazy but true story: My sister has this guy (now 36), that I personally know back in high school, who cannot get over her because she refused to date him over 11 years ago (!). They never seen each other since. He's been trying to slander her all over town for years with little success. Since the "jilt," he never stayed out of trouble (arrested and jailed several times).

She got married recently, and when the guy (I've been told through a few friends) learned about it, he was shattered.

I am thinking of a wild scenario that if he ever attempts or commits suicide and writes a suicide note saying that she is to blame because "she didn't want to marry him," does his family have grounds to legally sue my sister for this, saying she was responsible for his death? Even though they clearly never seen and talked to each other for ages?

I cannot rule this possibility out because HIS sister attempted suicide at age 13. Which tells you something about the issues in his family.

My hub had power of atty over financial matters relating to bro's house. Bro was in prison and he had some bad tenants living in the house who didn't always pay rent, which was supposed to cover mortgage. Also, we found out that bro had a lien put on the house as "bond" for fellow prisoner so that now debt agains the house was in excess of value of house. Eventually, payments fell behind (hub and I made mortgage payments for a while when tenants paid -- and sometimes when they didn't), but eventually it became too expensive to stay "caught up" and the bank was really unforgiving. Hub decided best policy was to foreclose on home and be released from the liability. Amazingly, the house sold at foreclosure for slightly more than debt (Bondsman releasd part of lien) and the proceeds were returned to brother. Now, bro wants to sue bank for foreclosing, and also sue hub for breach of fiduciary respoinsiblity because we didn't keep paying the mortgage for him.

fighting for custody, with no lawyer!! What's the law on age that children can decide what parent they want to live with? Anyplace I can find exact number. I only found family code 'children must be of reasonable age to form an intelligent decision' or something like that. My kids are 15 & 16- we live in California.

Simple question will i be held responsible? Two days ago my work van was invoved in an accident. I did not give anyone permission to drive, because there was no insurance on the van. It was parked at my workers' house until I could get it insured again. The worker willingly and knowingly of this info. lets another friend of his drive the van to take some chick home and he claims the van shot off after he put it in gear (with a billy club on the van) and was unable to stop. The van drove stright into a building and on top of another car. The police knows who the driver is and served him citations. My question is, "She he (the driver) have to pay or should I (the owner of the van) have to pay? I feel he should because no one had permission. (its like who's to blame for someone getting shot.......the owner of the gun or the person who shot the gun?) PLEASE OFFER SOME TYPE OF ASSISTANCE!!!!!!!
