he has been blasting his salsa music for 3 straight days. i called the cops and he got quiet for awhile but back to full blast.
i want to get back at him somehow..... i dont have a loud stereo so music is out. he's not illegal so that's out.
should i post his phone number on craigslist in the sex section? or subscribe him to gay magazines?
what are other pranks i can pull on this ahole???????

Just keep calling the cops, evetually he will get tired of them coming and maybe he will stop. If you play a nasty prank and he finds out its you then good luck getting him to stop being annoying then!

How old are you? Surely there is a better possible solution? How long have you been neighbors? What was your relationship like before the 3 days of salsa music? First, I suggest you take the high road and not pull pranks, and then seek a peaceful solution. Picture this, you pull a prank, he/she pulls a prank, and around you go in a vicious circle of hate, why not look for a solution that will end the hate and move toward a more neighborly relationship.

Ok putting his number up and subscribing him to gay magazines isn't going to make him stop. Just make him even more angry so he'll blast it even louder. I would just keep calling the cops, or you could have a talk with him and asking him if he could lower his music.

My question is: why does it matter that he's Mexican? Rude neighbors that blast their music can be of any race or ethnicity, so I can't figure out how that's relevant to your situation.
From what it sounds like, this jerk knows he's being an *** and he doesn't care, so retalliation will only cause the issue to escalate. I'd call the police again, IF it would warrant a noise pollution citation.

don't do anything to him that you will regret, you do not want the neighbor from hell coming back to get back at you. Continue to call the cops, after talking to him, explain noise ordinances and just plain old common courtesy...if all else fails, I'd start looking for a new place.

That's that problem with a lot of adults. They want to take revenge on people instead of teaching their kids how to have tolerance for others. Try talking to him about it in a kind fashion instead of acting like a child and doing something stupid.

don't be a idiot and stoop to his level. if his music is too loud, continue to call the police, they will get tired of it and they will fix the issue.
