We have 2 kids and he visit us once a yr. and i was the only one who brought up his kids but w/ his financial support til they both finished their studies. i was working so i put up the house worth 120,000 thousand for us to stay w/ his kids.. i was the one paying for the monthly amortization from my salary, now certification for the house and lot already awarded to me but thru his name. Does my ex have the right from the house?

really, it depends on the judge's decision on the divorce settlement. Usually, if he would keep the house he would have to pay you for what half of the house is worth if he continues to keep it.

While I suggest you seek legal council on this issue, it is my opinion that the home is community property and your ex-husband does have an interest in the home.
