I keep hearing people talking about 'the chip' being implanted in people for tracking, and other reasons, I think, I don't know too much.
Anyway, is the government really going to implant little devices under our skin?

Sorry, I don't understand the mumbo jumbo here...lol In my child support papers concerning support for my 17 yr old it states:" child support is payable until my daughter attains the age of 18 or, pursuant to Chapter 154 Texas Family Code, if the child is fully enrolled and complying with minimum attendance requirements in a secondary school program leading toward a HS diploma or enrolled in courses for joing HS and junior college credit, until the child obtains a HS diploma, which ever occurs last....." What the sam hill does THAT mean? I'm a single mom and he hasn't paid c/s since 2/07 My daughter dropped out, got her GED and is enrolled in college. Will I lose my c/s now???? *THANKS*

I hacked into my fiancee's account and found evidence that he was cheating on me (he was having some steamy conversations with two of my friends..). He decided he won't sue me for criminal offences but he has told me to delete the emails that I saved because what I did was equivalent to stealing.

However, I feel differently because they are evidence that he cheated on me and lied to me about various matters. Shouldn't I keep these emails so if anything happens, I can use them as evidence? Is it illegal to do so?

PLEASE HELP!! SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!!!!

Bobby K. Lawyer¿s first inclination when accepting a new client is to begin the process of plea bargaining. He is not interested in "dragging out" a case in court that will go on for months and might get ugly. Plea bargaining, in his opinion, is a much simpler way to work the system and satisfy both parties. But Bobby is not looked on very highly by his peers. To many of his peers, plea bargains cheat the system, side-step justice, and do not take due process into consideration.

Clarify the ethical dilemma associated with plea bargaining.

Analyze the dilemma using a deontological framework and a teleological framework. In your opinion, by which framework might the dilemma be resolved best?

We bought a drink at this honor system place where you put money in this box. There are no freaking cup holders on the buggies so we just had it in the cart. As she moved the cart the drink spilled and she slipped and fell and broke her wrist. By what means could we sue them?

Judges, like police officers and attorneys, are held to a higher ethical standard than the average person; they are expected to be impartial and non-biased in their work. Do you believe a judge can be completely unbiased with every case? Explain your answer. What ethical issues arise when a judge is biased?

At a local Amusement park their policy is that men must take out their keys and get screened with a security wand. Females are allowed to enter without being screened and no purse check either. More info: There is a female guard at the gate. So the excuse of can't screen women is out. Is it illegal to screen men only?

is there a way that we can make abortion ILLEGAL, as in, not a choice for women who intentionally got pregnant (aka had sexual relations unprotected or otherwise) but still LEGAL for victims of incest and rape as well as for women whose babies have absolutely no chance of survival past the womb?
that's a law i would really support because i dont believe in abortion as an easy way out-- i DO believe in taking responsibility for our choices, and putting an unwanted child up for adoption is doing just that.

If the gov't made it a rule to provide for defenders a lawyer, then why not make it mandatory that everyone is entitled to college educations and free health care? We are spending billions anyway, why not make it worth our while?

In mid-2003, many states had postconviction DNA testing statutes, which typically allow testing when DNA evidence relating to a particular crime exists, and there is also a reasonable probability that the defendant would not have been convicted if DNA testing had been made available during his/her trial.

WAY back in 1999, my boyfriend wrote a musical. I recorded 4 songs for the CD, which I was never paid for. It was just a verbal agreement, and since we were a couple at the time, I trusted him.

We've long since broken up, and I've NEVER seen a penny from the CD. I see the disk up for sale on various sites on the net, and it still kind of pisses me off.

Probably too late to do anything about it now, is there anyone out there who knows about this sort of thing?

Regards,
Rock E. Horror

In most constitutions of non-Profit charities, specifically religious organizations, they have 'trustees' listed - but what are their legal responsibilities - if any?

References to the their role - from a Canadian government website - would be appreciated.
