Last year i wrote a NSF check. On a wrong account Thnking i had money to cover that the amount was 25.00. A year later i get a thing in the mail summing me to court. I showed up to court the judge was a female very rude, inconiderate, unpolite. Not just saying that she had a tone in her voice that was unprofesional. As well as raised her voice to me. I was trying to be polite to her i pleaded quilty cuz i did do it and yes was a mistake on my part. When she asked me how i plead i said guilty, then she asked me a did i have funds to cover this and i was once again trying to tell her and she rudly interupted me and told me im sending this to trail and not accpting my plead. I dont want that women to be my judge again. HOw do i file a complaint against her. I dont know if race had a factor, it did happen in all white community. But i found her behavior unethical for someone of her status. I just want to plead guilty and move on with my life. how can i remove her from my case.

If i pay $200 for tickets and the performer was in a bad condition (drunk or high) and could not perform well am i entitled to a refund ?
Concert tickets are too expensive to spend on a musician who has substance problems and cannot perform as advertised .
Who should be held accountable the promoter, performer or the venue ?

Seems to me a lot of new laws are harsh, with ridiculous mandatoring sentencing, and sometimes even in conflict with our Constitution. If you sit on a jury and they want to throw some 18 year old in prison for 20 mandatory years because he slept with his 16 year old girlfriend, is it not your duty to refute the law and hand in an innocent verdict? Perhaps admonishing the D.A. as the same time?

Say for example you have a few large gaps in your employemnt record...is there a good way of filling these in that cannot be checked by a employer? Can you for example say you ran a business during that time?

Is there any good way around this problem?

Ps..I know this is immoral, but isn't being unemployed and hoping for a employer to employ you "gaps an all" more immoral?

I work for a large coorpation & for the last 4 years loved going in daily. Better still, I never ‘worked’ a solid 8 hours ever. I would say the max work I did on a given day was 50% while the average was 30%.

The other time was spent on personal e-mails, internet, socializing, etc.

To sum it up, I was a top performer in the company due to their own disorganization, shined among clueless morons, and knew how to act like I was working.

Anyway, the workload has changed in the past 6 months. With people leaving, firings, etc it has come down to more work for me.

My dispute is after 4 years of coasting, I don’t feel my employer can expect me to double my work efforts overnight. They should realize that emotionally, a person needs to gradually increase workload. After all, it is their disorganization in the first place that caused this.

As odd as this seems, do I have a case if I contact the labor board?

I discovered many people believe in the seatbelt law, but if we have to follow those rules, why don't school buses have seat belts? I'm tellin' you people, it's hypocritical control.

would it be realistic to put the human population into a standstill so that it wont grow any more? i personally think that 90% of all problems comes from the fact that there are just too many humans around. because of this, humans are no longer diginified and are not respected to the level they should. personally, homeless, murderers, thives, thugs, raperers etc.. just disgust me. they are scums of humanity. i would much rather have 5 million people running UK than 65 million. i think most of the jobs that are done by humans can also be done by robots, 5 million very well educated and trained in different areas so that everything runs well and no room for scums. liveing shouldnt be free, it should be earned.

Can someone please explain, without the name calling and lib/con nonsense, why they are against the death penalty in cases where the perp so clearly deserves it? These scumbags that shot the NYC cops, between the three of them haven't lived a clean day in their miserable lives, the chick in Ohio that killed her infant by cooking her in a microwave, or the two girls who stranggled a 91 year old woman for a gold chain and some bath towels.
Again, without the name calling, can someone against the death penalty explain their rational to me in a clear intellectual explanation?

I don't know what you think. For me it is unfair. I'm a woman, I am against abusive men but using a decoy to tempt these men into doing something bad, most probably beyond their normal is cheating. It's fabrication, it is not right. Many of these guys haven't done such thing in the past. Human is weak. We're all trying hard to be "good ". It is our nature as humans that we cannot get away from. The id, ego, and the superego. It would take someone to be "saintly" to get away from temptations pushed into his mouth. Sadly, we are all not wise. Our characters is strongly predetermined by genetic traits. If it is environment that makes us, then we're not in control either to choose our parents or people who affect our growing years. We are all struggling to get away from that part of ourselves that is weak and evil. We are all "cloaked" by essence, challenging this struggle of human nature to be good, tempting him to be a bad person deliberately to prove that he is naturally bad isn't fair

If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16, 1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles? If you do believe in aliens, why?

What do you think about abortion? is it murder? is it right? in what cases would you consider abortion either for yourself, or in someone else's situation consider abortion as the answer? Do you know someone, or have you yourself had an abortion ( you do not have to specify whether you had one yourself or not) i'm writing a paper, and instead of researching research, if that makes sense, i rather conduct my own studies. So please, be honest and informational, supply links if need be to support your argument, thank you. If you would rather tell me please, feel free to e-mail me. (this is due at the beg. of August, so no more replies thereafter is needed, unless you would like to share information to everyone else)
