I have listed the EEOC link below. They will have all the answers you need. A friend of mine quit her job for the same reason and was awarded unemployment.

Get another job?
Now, before you dismiss my answer ruminate on it for just a second.
Key words for you to consider:
"i had an injury at work!!!"
"They have made life unbearable"
"i feel i have no option but to leave!"
These are your words.

So regardless of what some want us to believe no one owes any of us a job. No one!
According to your posting it was not a very good place for you to work anyway.
Why not go somewhere else?
Why not go somewhere else, become successful and this would be the sweetest revenge.
Of course you could *****, complain and threaten them and they might take you back.
You have options.

Fave gave you some good advice here, this is exactly what they want you to do is quit., Are you currently back at work ? and how bad were your injury ? Before you do decide to stay or go make sure you find out about workman comp.

go to your local citizens advice bureau or ring them, it sounds like a case for constructive dismissal but they will advise you further and correctly, they will also tell you what to do next and where to find help.
