S As executor of a will, I have distributed funds, what should I do if another will comes to light?
I am the executor of the will of my late step mother who passed away in Jan. The will has been logged with probate, I have gathered in all assets, paid the inheritance tax and distributed money to beneficiaries. I have kept accounts and done everything in accordance with the law. my fellow executor is not a beneficiary & has been difficult. He says there must be another will, & a few months ago he said another will was logged with a solicitor. I phoned the solicitor & found it was an old will that had been cancelled. The other executor is now saying another will has come to light, that leaves nothing to the current beneficiaries. He has not given me a copy of the will or shown me any proof. Naturally, this is very distresing to the existing beneficiaries, and to myself.

Please can anyone tell me what I should do if he produces a new will. Would the beneficiaries have to return their bequests and/or would I be liable? I am vworried he will forge one as he seems so bitter

My boss is trying to fire me, because my daughter and his son ran off for a week without permission. I don't know a lot about the law, but I don't think he can fire me for something that has nothing to do with work. If anyone knows what the best thing I can do is, please let me know.

Wife moved out of town, Texas to California, has been out 9 months, but will not sign divorce papers, wants to keep medical insurance benefits-reason for holding off, but won't communicate, any idea if 'D' by publication is legal in Texas?

In most states you have the option to file a "divorce by publication." Here is the basic steps.

1. Go to your local newspaper and put a divorce notice ad in the classified section. 2. Mail the divorce notice to the last known address of your spouse. 3. Wait 30 days and get a letter from the newspaper stating that the ad was posted for 30 days. 4. If your spouse no longer lives at the last known address the divorce notice will come back undeliverable. 5. Take your noncontested divorce papers with the letter from the newspaper and the undelivered notice and go to your local courthouse and file a "divorce by publication."

There are more steps and more forms to this process. But these are the main ones.

My ex-husband passed away in December 2006. We divorced in December 2004 after a 7 year marriage. He did not re-marry before his death. His kept me as his beneficiary on one of his old retirement plans. This was from a job he quit before we were divorced.

Nationwide Retirement Solutions has contacted me and requested my divorce decree. I asked why and the woman rudely told me that they are trying to settle the death benefit. She did tell me that I was the beneficiary and that I should not tell anyone this particularly my ex's mother.

I have not sent the divorce decree yet. I decided to do a little research on this and find out what my rights are. An on-line attorney Q and A service told me that I have the rights to the benefit regardless of divorce.

My feeling is that Nationwide is trying to be "sneaky" by trying to change the beneficiary. Should I send my divorce decree to Nationwide or continue to withhold this information?

My ex partner and I (not married) bought a house together in 2003 with a joint mortgage which we paid together. We split and he moved out in early 2006. We have 2 children together who live with me in the house. In May 2006 he stopped paying anything towards the mortgage and the upkeep of the property and i maintained these myself. We have quite an amount of equity in the property and i would estimate it has risen in value by about £20k since he stopped paying towards the mortgage. I am now trying to buy my ex out of the property - is he entitled to a share of the increase in value/equity since he stopped paying the mortgage??

I haven't had it for a while and I can already feel it going in good and hard and coming out nice and soft.

If you would do this for me no one would ever know.

I am sure you can satisfy my needs and I'd be very grateful if you would.

I am very desperate and I need your help.

You must think by now that I have a lot of nerve but I can feel my tongue wrapping around it and sucking out all the juices until it's very dry.

I am not going to beat around the bush any longer so.

Do you have a piece of gum?

I worked for a large retail chain until yesterday. I was very ill, vomitting and shaking-nearly falling over. I asked the manager if I could get a bite to eat and he told me to go upstairs and get a candy bar. He said I was not allowed to take a lunch break, even though I was working 10:30-6:15. I went and got a candy bar and sat in the break room. I called my boyfriend's mom to ask for advice. The whole time I'm on the phone, the manager walks in and out in and out. My boyfriend's mom even speaks to him on my phone. After 15 minutes of weighing my options, he interrupts and tells me that I'm an adult and I need to get back to work. Then he asks if I am physically unable to work. I say yes, aboulutely. Then he says that there are 5 people in my department (working) and I need to finish my shift. Then he says if I go home, I resign. So, I walked out.

If someone is physically ill, isn't it their right to be able to go home? What if it were serious? What if I were diabetic?

Thanks!

Let me ask you this. If when you were a fetus in your mothers womb, and your mother decides to have an abortion, would you know the difference? Would you feel anything physical or emotional? The answer is no, you would never even know. Killing an undeveloped fetus in its early stages of life is completely acceptable to me. I think its ridiculous that so much controversy revolves around this subject.

I have a 3 disk DVD collection of the old Victory at Sea television show. I've found many references online stating that these shows are public domain, but the DVD set have a copyright notice and the FBI Warning at the beginning.

What part of these DVD's would be copyrighted, and what part public domain? Would I be allowed to copy only the TV shows off the DVD's and give to someone?
