the check written for the loan had "loan" and the one to pay back the loan which payment was stopped on had "payback loan" written in the memo.

As far as I know, The WWE is starting to take away people's boos from the crowd and also Anti-Cena signs away. They've been doing this all the time lately on WWE Monday Night RAW whenever The WWE Champion John Cena comes out. They say the crowd boos him but when I hear him on TV, I think they are censoring the fans and pumping in fake cheers. The point here is that The WWE is deliberalty censoring the crowd and trying to take away their freedom of expression on how the audience really reacts to him.

What do you think about this? Your opinion?

I know this "Pro Wrestling" and belongs in the "Wrestling Section", but I really wanna get another opinion about The WWE trying to censorn the fans' freedom of expression.

Well, obviously, you lose it. But I mean, what happens bank wise? Does the government/bank give your money back? I was watching a Dateline NBC special on how computer hackers steal various things like credit information, sell the information over the internet, thieves buy the information to use our credit cards to buy things from various places, emptying the credit card within minutes. Also, the show focused on a Nigerian scammer/hacker guy, and how he could not be arrested despite the fact the he has stolen thousands, if not millions of dollars from other peoples credit cards. So basically, if this happens to us, do we simply lose our money forever or do we get it back?

My neighbors (across the street) have called the cops on us for noise levels and constantly threaten to call them again. When they called before someone from the city came out and advised us of the level the stereo could be at. The neighbors complain about anything that causes noise (playing basketball in the street, etc). It appears that they have a camera pointed at my house. My landlord says that if we get another complaint against us that we will be evicted. How can I make this neighbor leave us alone? Nobody else has any problems with us and have not had any for the past 6 years. Is there anything that I can do legally? I am really tired of living in fear of being evicted.

If a child needed a blood transfusion and, it was against the parents religious beliefs, should they still be given one? I would say yes...No one has the right to enforce their own religious beliefs upon another, not even their own child.

Honestly, PETA seems to think that they are the determiners of Michael Vick's guilt or innocence. Maybe the courts should just do away with due process and just let PETA handle all the law suits from now on. Vick is in deep trouble and yes, he's probably guilty but the NFL is doing the right thing by letting him keep his job until he is convicted by a court of law. PETA needs to go find some lab animals to liberate and let the court system and the NFL do it's own work. Any opinions???

I have worked at this job for 2 months and they new I smoked when I started and it was no problem, but now some of the other employees are starting to bug me about it. Telling me to quit (which yes I know I need to) and just really buggin the piss out of me. Well, today the boss called me into his office and gave me a employee handbook which NOW states that there is to be no smoking in the building (which I knew that duh!) or on the premises at all. WHAT!? It's not just that he has been calling me into his office alot lately as if he is trying to make me quit instead of having to fire me. He also added in the handbook no outside work or anything else that would hinder your perfromance in the workplace. HELLO! I go to school at night....so what? am I just supposed to quit school too? What can I do when this is supposed to be an EOE?

I am trying to help a friend who has one. Personally I think it is bogus, but it is there anyway. The local systems will not or cannot tell him the expiry. So he thought by looking online, I might be able to find something that will say the different durations if there are. We both live in Ontario, Canada. My own searching is poor, and all I find is stuff for abused women. His deals with harassment. I can't seem to find anything much. Please advise. Even general info may be common to most states or provinces.

Does doing anything like this break any copyright laws? If so, what could I do to avoid getting in trouble?

My lawyer keeps pushing me to take a settlement if it is offered saying that if I deny their counter offer then I may get nothing. This is from a back injury that clearly shows they are liable and I have records from many of my doctors saying that I can't lift anymore and diagnosed me with a certain lower back injury. Does my lawyer negotiate with the insurance company for me to settle for less and fast so he gets paid thousands that I never see? So that he benefits more than I actually do. He also said if I don't take the settlement and push the case to get medical coverage and weekly payments, that is more of a chance to lose the case and get nothing. Does this sound strange or is this how comp cases work? Please respond with actual experiences or real legal knowledge, thanks.
