The answer depends on your local laws. You will need to check with your local District Attorney and get something in writing. Most times, it is better to not depend on a weapon for defense since it gives you a false sense of security and escalates the incident.

it is unlawful to hold a hid weapon everywhere in america. i know some types batons are unlawful. yet whilst it relatively is a criminal baton and not hid you may carry it. yet you may in simple terms entice difficulty jogging around with a stick. a greater valuable option is to purchase pepper spray and save it in a bag or some thing.

It depends on the state/country, and what laws are in effect.
Certain exceptions may also be made for security guards and such. But again that depends on the specific jurisdiction.

You would probably be better off getting pepper spray or mace. Just make sure you can legally carry it wherever you are living.

I imagine somewhere its written that is a no no.....It could be "intent" to cause bodily injury.....I am sure somewhere like I said, its a no no......
