If your childrens father and yourself are not together but she has lived in a home he owns with thier 5 children rent free w/ $100 a week child support, that was only ordered because she was living rent free only. And the home is now in foreclosure, what rights does she have if any? her and her children will be homeless and were given less then two weeks to vacate and were offered a $1000 to move by the specified date. Is this legal?

Look over your divorce or separation decree. Entitlements should be provided within the contract. Definetly go get some legal aid regarding this. Why would the father put his own children out in the street?
