When does this start to count from. If I have been on disability for 6 months and in the last month I've been laid off from my employer yet still on disability....will I still be able to collect for unemployment when the disability ends?

I'm wondering if I stay on disability, will that mess up my chances for unemployment in the end?

Unemployment claims are paid based of your earnings 5 quarter ago. Sounds like you will be entitled to collect unemployment when your disability ends. You must be ready, willing and able to work in order to collect unemployment benefits. Good luck..
