Its a sad day in American when the law makers side with the law breakers instead of law abiding citizens?

Ezola Foster said it. She probably was talking about Democrat Terrance Carroll who claimed the residents of Colorado were "racists" if they backed H.B. 1271 in 2005.

It means the law makers [legistlators] take the side of criminals/immigrants/etc. instead of people that do not break the law..I guess.

I don't know the original source, but it sounds like something Michael Savage or Mark Levin would have said, possibly referring to the Border Patrol Agents convicted on the testimony of a drug smuggler who was given immunity to testify against them.
