Even if it means moving to the other state, is there any legal way?

It used to be that you could do it, not all states used to share information, of course it would be hard for you to get a license in another state if you didn't have one from the old state to present to them. Ever since 911 all states trade drivers information.

No, the new state is going to see that your current drivers license is suspended.

No, not until you have met all conditions in the state it was suspended in.
