some guy thought it to be a good idea to post a sexual comment on an Ebay feedback follow up comment... Ebay removed the comment all right, but the guy still didn't see any consequences of his wrongdoing... what can there be done from outside the us being non-us citizen ?

Momentary lack of attention. Happens all the time. Some kill, some miss, just by luck.

But there must be a deterrent to encourage the careless driver to take avoiding actiopn.

I have a court date coming up for a fight I got in at the mall. Some girl had been prank calling my boyfriends phone and sending messages via myspace talking "smack". I saw her at the mall and confronted her on it. She lied and mouthed off so I took the lid off my iced tea and poured it over her head. Immediatley she attacked me. Next thing I knew, I was in a choke hold by some lady and the iced tea covered girl was getting up off the floor and dashing for security demanding that charges be pressed. So now, we're days away from going to court and people are telling me that I should have counter pressed charges cause technically she layed hands on me first. I've never dealt with this kind of stuff and I have no idea what to think.

i have had my license suspended for 2.5 yrs. I have an eligibity date of 9/02/2007 to drive again. I called up penn dot yesterday. they said i have to send in the restoration fee, Reinstating fee (because my license was expired) and a signed document saying i dont own a vehicle in pa (so I dont have to show proof of insurance) . I was orginally going to do all this through John Yurconic *which is like a an official driver license center on 9/02* ( i went in there for a restoration letter and this is what the women told me to do), But when i called up penn dot, a woman said to send in everything through penn dot 30 days before and they will send me a camera card 10 days before my eligibilty date) I was like ,so you mean i can get my picture taken 10 days before and start driving 10 days before my eligibiliey date?( i asked her 3 times cause this doesnt sound right) and she said yes.Is this how is works? is she right? i live in pa. license was suspended for driving under suspension

I'm working for one of the largest retailers in the world and I do my job to the best of my ability, but one day my boss cussed at me because I went into the main office and complained he was cursing at me, so now he told another manager I wasn't doing my job, but I do my job very well. Now the other manager believes him instead of me; in fact, other employees also have complained about him too. The next day the two managers have joined together and have confronted me telling me I'm not doing my job. In retaliation they both are now trying to get me fired. This isn't true about me. What can I do to protect my job?

What if the police came to your apt door under the suspicion of funny cigarettes and the door was locked??? Do you have to let them in even if there is nobody thats in danger? Could you just talk to them through the door and tell them everything is ok and they dont need to come in??? An educated answer please

I need some help on an online stalker, someone that knows my personal info and uses it in public on a site, and also slanders my name and sends me e-mails and msgs as often as possible. Threats and slander, harassment and blackmail to share my info with whomever in public if I don't talk to him. I don't want to talk to him or have anything to do with him. How do I fix this, how can I contact his ISP?

My boyfriend had an accident when backing out of our driveway with a neighbor backing out of theirs. When the police officer came, he said they both would have been cited (I wasn't in the car at the time nor did I see the accident) and given tickets if they filed a report.

What do we do about his insurance if the neighbors file a claim? Ohio is a tort state (rather than no-fault). And if they both were going to get tickets then would our insurance pay for their damage and their insurance pay for his or would each insurance NOT pay for the damage?

This court hearing is for a friend of my sisters'..He was on probation when he came to a party at my house once..in this picture, it shows him holding a gun..THAT I DID NOT KNOW HE HAD...THese pictures were taken in my house, without my knowing..I was told by the prosecuting attorney that all I have to say is that it IS my house...It's goverment housing, can't i get kicked out, as it is my responsibility who is in my home (cuz of gun)..I am VERY tempted to want to refuse to answer when on the stand, in fear I may get myself in trouble...Any advice???

I just read about what happened in Florida with the mother and her son being forced to have sex at gunpoint. What is going on with this world? This should never happen to people. If you have not read the story, June 18th in a project in Florida, a woman was raped and beaten for over 3 hours while her son was beaten in a different room. Then her son was forced to have sex with her. After which floor cleaner was poured into their eyes. What is going on with this world??? I really do not want religious answers about things in the bible. I am not an aethist but I just cannot handle those kind of answers right now. I am just extremely disappointed with the world. Why do people still want to bring children into this world? Maybe what I am asking is, what does the future bring if our world is already this much out of control?

I am a retired teacher who is moving out of state. I have worked for over thirty years in the district and before that I worked in another state for 3 years. I called my recent district to request taking possession of all my files. I have been retired for 2 years and don't plan on coming back to this state. I was told I have to pay 25 cents a copy and that I could not get possession of any files that were references! This seems to be a bit weird. Do we not have the right to see what others have said about us after we leave the profession? Many of the people who wrote references may not even be alive today. The Human Resource Office wouldn't even allow me to come in and read them! I don't know what they are going to do with them . Eventually they're going to throw them out! I would like to know if I could get a lawyer to demand my files. Do I have the right to obtain these files? I feel as though they are keeping my personal possessions. I am no longer an employee in this district.
