This would be a civil appeal in Nashville, TN. A third party creditor won against me by default. I need an easy website that will take me through the appeals process.

An appeal is a challenge to legal decisions that occur during a trial. An appeal is not a "do-over" and cannot challenge any factual determinations made during the trial.

The process is fairly formal, and there are a lot of procedural hoops to jump through. But the basic process is that the appeal sets forth the legal errors that the appellant believes occurred, and why those errors would lead to a different outcome (under the appropriate standard of review, which must also be defined). All of that is put forth in the appellate motion and memorandum of law.
