Can I be a licensed radiologist in Calif with a felony conviction?

Ok here's the deal. I know this man personally, he's on Megan's law, been tried, convicted and I KNOW he did these things even if it was 25+ years ago and I'm am very positive he's struck again over the years, (he has never apologized or acknowledged any wrongdoing to his 3+ victims). I found out he's been living in a family RV Park/ Campground and he even managed to get the site right next next to the bathroom/bathing area. Now by law do I have the right to email th eoffice of this joint and tell them what s going on or can I suggest to them that they hop onto megan's law and check out their current tenants (i.e: the occupant of #65?) I don't want to cook my own goose but the thought of innocent little kids running around the area especially to the restroom/bathing area scares that crap out of me. Anyone with a legal knowledge know what my boundaries are on this? Please let me know. Thanks!!!

hypothetically say the only way to avert a disaster was to enact a terror and massacre, say there is massive overpopulation that is leading to enviromental catastrophy
the disaster would exceed the terror and massacre, but it would be no-one's "fault" - or no individuals fault
the terror on the other hand would be blood on your hands alone...

I think the punishment is too harsh... Who gets jail time (40 days especially) for a traffic violation? ...that was rhetorical...

But anyways, do you honestly think, minus how you feel about her personal life, that Paris deserves the jail time?

If the material is already available, or collected without creating or destroying human life (saying "human life" when referring to embryos, is NOT part of the question, please do not comment on that aspect; that is a separate question), do you honestly think that it is better to dispose of it in the garbage than use it for research that might save lives? Yes, the garbage is where it goes; there is no funeral.

John was walking towards his office on the sidewalk when suddenly he heard a gunshot. The police found him dead on the sidewalk one hour after the incident. They concluded that the bullet had hit his head and he died on impact. The police also caught the man responsible for the crime and acquired the high-powered rifle used in the crime.
What is wrong with this story?

If a woman keeps on having more and more kids, and continues to leech off the system should the government have the right to order a woman to get her tubes tied? Believe me I am all for personal freedom, with minimal government interference in our lives, but if a woman who is irresponsible and has kids uncontrollably continues to milk the system, that is not fair to the tax payers, plus later on in life the probably of her kids turning into thiefs and killers is increased because of bad parenting......what im trying to get at is, at what point does a government have the right to infrindge on this womans personal privacy because doesn't the government have to look out for us taxpayers?

I recently relocated from NY to Chicago and left my job in NY to do so. In the middle of moving, I found out that I had thyroid cancer and had to have surgery. We're in Chicago now I'm eager to start a job search, but my doctor has advised against it for another month or so because I have to have a treatment which prevents me from being around people for 14 days because I will have to swallow a radioactive iodine pill. I'm really running low on money because the surgery kept me out of work longer than planned, and I was wondering if I would be able to collect unemployment. I'm thinkin' no, but I thought I'd just double check. It would only be for about another six weeks.

I'm also fully aware that I voluntarily left my job in NY, so that's working against me. I was more curious about the medical aspect of it. Thanks in advance.

Case settlement. Workers comp?

I had an accident on October last year, the first dr sent me back to work on lite duty then I was still on pain. I changed doctors then the other dr ordered an MRI and It showed that I had an herniated disc the mri report explained the pain but once the insurance contacted the dr, he changed his mind and he also changed his report, he said I am doing very well but I am still under pain and they want to settle my case for 10 thousand. My lawyer said its a good option since the dr said I am doing very well even though the mri report and the independent dr report show different things. I sense he might be on insurance side since he is rushing me to settle. what Can I do ? I am in georgia. And Its a self insured company.

I'm interested in the law, government and politics. I'm in college studying political science and I do very well and like my major a lot. I also like history. A lot of people tell me I'd make a great lawyer. I have doubts though. How do I decide to go to law school? Do lawyers have good lives? Do they have lives outside of work? I want to pursue the law, but I also want to have a family and a good life. Are there happy lawyers with happy families? Or is it all stress until you get depressed, become an alcoholic or commit suicide?
