I thought he was on Death Row and was supposed to be executed a year or so ago? What's the hold Up?

Mr. Peterson was convicted on 13 Dec, 2004 and sentenced on 16 March 2005. He has been on Death Row at San Quentin since 17 March 2005. (2 years, 3 months ago). He joined 643 other inmates there awaiting death by lethal injection in California. His case is currently on automatic appeal.
Sadly, California has one of the SLOWEST execution rates in the USA... appeals last 10 to 20 years !!

Umm...who told you that....they lied to you, when a person is put on Death row they await execution for about a decade on average. They are entitled to serveral appeals that takes money and time to complete...he won't be executed for some time....did you know Charles Manson is still on Death Row?

california has executed like 2 people in the last 20 years, hes not going anytime soon. if it were texas, he would would have been done in right after the trial was over.

well i think hes in jail for the rest of his life. but i dunno what reallys going on.
