This matter is subjudice before the Hon'ble High court of Delhi & the Bar Council of Delhi, whatever the decision taken by the Supreme Court Bar Association was with regards to the removal of these Advocates from the membership of this bar Association, was nothing to do with the removal or discontinuation of their license to practice as an Advocate, that decision can only be taken by the Bar Council of Delhi where they are registered as Advocates & not the bar association of Supreme Court. If you are not aware of the exact position about the legal profession better to keep shut & stop doing propaganda against the bar association of Supreme Court, more over the only thing this association has said is that they shall not take any action till the matter is finally decided by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi hence the actual order of their dismissal from the membership of the bar association of Supreme Court has been kept at suspension only not decided as you state here in your question & misguide the general public with wrong information. Just keep shut till the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi decide this issue then only react & pass comments.

Remember that the Bar Council is run by advocates. That should say it all ! However the High Court is seized of the matter so there is hope yet. The media is to be lauded for exposing all these incidents, otherwise we can never expect justice against the high and mighty. A lesson for the gullible public - never trust your lawyer blindly, always read all submission prepared in your name with a fine tooth comb, do not feel hesitant to query your lawyer, after all you are the client and you are paying the fees, it is your right to do so.

It is a pity that human beings when reach high positions the intoxication of power added with cirmustances slip from the morality and face disgrace because of their children or kith and kins. But that should not be generalised to brand the entire system as corrupt. No doubt the changing world has made people pleasure mongers and old traditions is considered out dated!. The majority is still following the good and right path ... and that is why the world is still ok.
Let us take lesson from the events and be good ..do good.

You are absolutely right but no person can go against them as they are so perfect and tact full , they may send you behind the bar as the hon`ble courts accepts their tactful submissions . More so, no lay man is allowed to contest due to present system-reason is crystal clear-
Now I am awaiting for the steps/tactics which shall be played against the T.V- Channel.
Result is very much clear nothing shall go wrong ageist-----,
And the India will definitely become Super power- b`cos the system is same every where.

sad state indeed - but that is the reality. all government functionaries are highly corrupt. Unless a revolution takes place, India will not grow.
