When you keep receiving those unwanted emails about depositing some dead persons "unclaimed" funds into your account for a 40% share of the proceeds, who do you report it to? because I'm sure these people sending the emails are attempting to get our personal info. Possible identity thief ring.

I am not sure if people usually post questions with this depth of seriousness, butI am in desperate need of advice!
I need an attorney to regain the gaurdianship of my child. I signed gaurdianship to my aunt when I was incarcerated b/c I knew she would take care of him. Now...she doesn't want to let me have him back!
Please don't lecture me on doing bad things...I learned my lesson! I was incarcerated for a crime I comitted about 2 years prior. I have completely turned my life around. It seems like, the better I do, The more she tries to keep me from him.
I am working so hard for this.
I am a full time college student, I have a full time job, and a part time job as well. Please don't tell me to just forget about it, and let her have him...that isn't an option! He could have much more out of life being with me, and I refuse to give up.
I just need any advice about what to say to an attorney...what to ask for...anything! Thank You in advance!

I have strong evidence that I was a victim of bait and switch. The incident was related to a car dealership claiming a certain price on a van and then claiming that the van had been sold after we got there. I have determined that the van was not sold and is still for sale. If I want to bring a lawsuit over this matter, what steps should I take?

Manu Sharma's father as every body knows is a influential politician and wealthy buisnessman. He employed every tool under his disposal to buy, corrupt and influence both the judiciary and witnesses.Just to set a strong example among rich business famlies and public as a whole, the Honrable High Court should hand over a stict punishment to Manu Sharma's father, so that no parent under their capacity should ever try to defend their offspring's wrong doing.
Infact Manu Sharma's mother should also be punished for protecting her son's wrong doing.

This person is continually parking on private land even though notices are in place stating that the marked spaces are reserved for particular people. He has been asked politely not to do so, and messages have been left under his windscreen wipers, all to no avail. Is there any legal way of finding out who the registration number belongs to, other than involving the police.
