Dude, my very very best friends crazy *** sister (who really is NUTS, shes pulled some exorcist type crap on me a few times) SWEARS I EGGED HER CAR. I DID NOT EGG THE DAMN CAR. She had recently been in a car accident and upon having it fixed, she painted it white (it was red), and like DAYS afterward, someone, NOT ME, egged her car and the paint is ruined. All of the sudden, like TWO MONTHS later, shes getting all crazy telling her brother that she prayed to GOD and he told her I egged her car and shes gone nuts about it like 3 times in the past five days or so. I can't go to his house because shes so crazy and HATES me (she bangs walls and screams at levels I didn't know humans could reach until her parents carry her out of the room) and she basically, other than ruining my life, blames everything on me, and now this. I am tired of hearing about it, and so is my best friend (he knows I didn't do it). What the HELL can I do? Can we commit this crazy chick?

Allow physically mobbed kids w. video evidence to assault harrassers from behind with light metal stick. Legal immunity is provided as long as it is only one blow. Publicize this widely. This prevents the accumulation of hostility which finally erupts in a shooting, and will act as strong deterrent to mobbing.

I recently filled out a job application for a government secretarial position. I checked the box that said that I DO NOT have a driver's license. They called me for an interview, and I was offered the job the next day. Well, today I got a phone call from a personnel worker stating that it came back on my background that I do not have a driver's license. I told him that yes I was aware of it, and it was due to epilepsy. I even filled out a separate form that I mailed with my ap, and I circled that I have a disability. My question is, can they now withdraw the job offer because they found out I do not possess a license? I was honest and I checked the proper box, but maybe they did not notice it prior to the interview. What do you all think? Would that be discrimination if the job offer is withdrawn??? What about reasonable accommodation? Thanks!

By the way, the seizures are controlled and I haven't had one in about a year, I just do not feel comfortable possessing a license right now!

i feel that smoking should not be made illegal, because it should be the restaurant owner's decision. If you do not want to go there, don't. If Smokers don't want to go to a non-smoking restaurant, then they have the right to do so. if a non-smoker wants to go to a non-smoking establishment they also have the right to do so. bet they can also go to the smoking establishments. that's really all that some people do is they go out to have a drink and a smoke. Restaurants and other establishment's will lose money due to the loss of smoking. tell me what do you think? If all you can do is spew hate at me please go answer someone else's questions.

Had you heard this in the MSM? I had never heard of this one before. Why is that?

On Jan. 16, 2002, Peter Odighizuwa, a 43-year-old student from Nigeria, walked into the Appalachian School of Law offices of Dean Anthony Sutin, 42, a former acting assistant U.S. attorney, and professor Thomas Blackwell, 41, and opened fire with a .380 ACP semi-automatic handgun – shooting them at close range.

As soon as the gunfire erupted, two students acting independently of one another, Tracy Bridges and Mikael Gross, ran to their vehicles to retrieve firearms. Gross, an off-duty police officer in his home state of North Carolina, got his 9mm pistol and body armor. Bridges got out his .357 Magnum.

Bridges and Gross went back to the building where the shots were heard and as Odighizuwa exited, they approached from different angles. Bridges yelled for him to drop his weapon and the shooter was subdued by several unarmed students.

I was wondering if it is legal to drive a go kart on the road, or if there is anything possible to make it legal in Pennsylvania. If there is a possibility, is there any way I can get my 13 yr old son to drive it. Legal proof online would be very much appreciated, but is not required for best answer. Thank you so much for your information!

(She's in jail for 7 months now.) After she was sent to jail I found John going through my stuff in the garage. BTW: John is my next door neighbor. Thoughts???

"The most controversial idea in the plan, from the mayor's Office of Long-term Planning and Sustainability, is a proposal to charge motorists for driving into Manhattan below 86th Street on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Trucks would be charged $21 a day and cars would be charged $8, on top of the city's already expensive parking."

My friend recently had a baby with a drug addict. He was just informed he has no legal rights because he is not the child's legal guardian (because he and the mom are no longer together). He has been looking after the child on his own for 5+ months and he and the mother are no longer together. Is this true? If so, what steps can he take to obtain these rights and to gain custody of his daughter?

I had a friend that was charged under the penal code 290 or known as (P.C. 290) which he said the DA mentioned "Well he thought of it" And this was true, this DA should of had been arrested too, cause she was sitting there having bad thoughts about him!

However, the point is, he now is on 3 years probation and have this charge of this P.C. 290 case on him for the rest of his life.

Far as I can see, not knowing anything about the law; But it seems like to me this was absolutely a injustice case; although I know you have 30 days to file an appeal; but this had happen to him over 6 years ago now!

Since this charge is on him for the rest of his life, what can he do about this injustice case today? They also mention that they do not no longer have his reporter's transcript?

How can a person be charged for something for the rest of their lives, and there's no record kept on it? He needs this reporter's transcript in order to help him reopen his case.

What should he do?
