If any law in TX to trim neighbor's tree branches?

my neighbor's bamboo cover half of my yard, i told him many times no action yet. in Tx any legal action i can take

I don't know about Texas. In many states, you can cut them to the property line and leave the branches on his property. Maybe you could offer to share the cost of a professional trimming.

well, i know that if its on your property....its pretty much yours to do with whatever you want...so yes, you can cut them down.
