You should go to your landlord and tell them you are going to pay by the 27th and see if there are able to work with you.
Otherwise you will ruin your credit and won't be able to rent any where else. And you may be stuck with fines and you will not get your deposit back. So go talk to you land lord and see if you can come to an agreement.

Your landlord doesn't legally have to accept your rent. If your court day has passed, then they are in the process of scheduling the sheriff's department to come out and evict you...you will have about 5 min. to gather your things and vacate the premisis.

perhaps the eviction notice is for you and the cat, not your roommate. project solved. the two way, i does not supply the owner a puppy deposit. i might additionally verify the legality of evicting somebody on 5 days notice for ANY reason. i don't comprehend the place you reside, yet right here in the U. S., I doubt this is legal. perfect of success!

You have an eviction notice. You have to leave on the date it says.
