Dude, my very very best friends crazy *** sister (who really is NUTS, shes pulled some exorcist type crap on me a few times) SWEARS I EGGED HER CAR. I DID NOT EGG THE DAMN CAR. She had recently been in a car accident and upon having it fixed, she painted it white (it was red), and like DAYS afterward, someone, NOT ME, egged her car and the paint is ruined. All of the sudden, like TWO MONTHS later, shes getting all crazy telling her brother that she prayed to GOD and he told her I egged her car and shes gone nuts about it like 3 times in the past five days or so. I can't go to his house because shes so crazy and HATES me (she bangs walls and screams at levels I didn't know humans could reach until her parents carry her out of the room) and she basically, other than ruining my life, blames everything on me, and now this. I am tired of hearing about it, and so is my best friend (he knows I didn't do it). What the HELL can I do? Can we commit this crazy chick?

OH yeah, and shes saying that I need to stay away from their neighborhood and everything too...And seeing as how I see her brother multiple times a week, its unavoidable, and their other sister lives a block away, and we go there sometimes. Who the hell does she think she is? She doesn't own the block or anything! She should go away!!! To a mental hospital!

You can sue anyone for anything now a days. It's wierd. I can sue you for making your details in this question to long. But I'm not going to. Lol, Im just kidding.

No, you can't, but her family can. You have no power here, so you must just protect yourself. First, get a restraining order. This hopefully will help keep her away from you; and it will set a legal precedent in case something happens later. Secondly, stay away from her. DO NOT go to her house or anywhere else you know she is. You should also not talk about this to people (other than your parents and your clergy or counselor); if she finds out, it might exacerbate the situation.

Her family can have her committed if she is proven to be a danger to herself or others. How old is she? The behaviors described sound a bit like schizophrenia. The early stages often occur in the late teens to early twenties. If she is sick she really will believe she has been sent messages. They really need to get her some help.

I think she has problems, and no you can't sue her for being crazy. Attempt to sit down with her and ask her why she feels you're so horrible. If that really isn't possible and her parents won't take her to a therapist there is nothing you can do, just try to avoid her. Maybe you did something to offend her and you don't even realize it.

When someone accuses you of a crime, it is slander, but her egg to fry is going to get her in a nut house..

I would file a report if she is that weird..

Good Luck..
