It is not the prerogative of any High Court or The Supreme Court of India to punish anyone of its own accord only if the person seems to be involved in interference in act of justice until there is reasonable evidence & circumstances leading to his offence which will prove beyond any reasonable doubt of his offence. If you or anyone has any evidence to prove his involvement in buying, corrupting & influencing both judiciary & witnesses bring them on records & let the Court decide on the basis of these evidence his actual involvement in the matter. Don't think the Indian Courts are not aware of all such acts if interference, involvement of people related to the accused persons but without any evidence they cannot take action against them just because someone feels that way. Emotions are not by which courts run they run on the basis of evidence. I hope you understand these criteria of criminal as well civil justice.

The parents of Manu Sharma are already punished the day they gave birth to such a nuisance, and would continue to suffer till the end of their life.
At the same time I would suggest that all policemen connected with the original investigation shall be awarded the same punishment as that of Manu Sharma, as they have tampered with the evidences under the influence of money and power. They have failed the very reason for which they were being paid by the tax payers which include even Jessica Lal.

Yes Manu's father does deserve some kind of punishment for obstructing the cause of justice and that too in crude fashion.May be the honourable high Court could make a start by taking suo motto cognisance of the matter. But do you think such allegations can ever be proved?

I totally agree with u. He's also partner in his crime. N so is D.P. Yadav for his son vikas yadav. I really pity on such ppl who cant even teach their children to respect life of a person. They think using their political influence, they can buy nything for their children, except for some humanity. More thn Manu Sharma, his father deserve d punishment.

Why are people giving so much attention to this stupid case? India has many murders, and other heinous crimes annually. If it's women related crimes that concern you, brides are burnt, new born baby girls are killed in Rajasthan, but do you pay any attention to them?
No.
Why?Whats so special about Jessica Lal? Does anyone hold candlelight marches for the crimes that happen in India? No.It is NOT the starting of "change"-because people have already gone back to their same old lives. But Jessica Lal was a BAR GIRL-and lots of people go to bars. So you sympathise with her.
Get a life. Who cares about Manu Sharma or his father?

You are right all such mothers giving birth to terrorists and spoiling the peace in society should first be punished.
Fathers of such terrorists, who happen to be flirting with their mothers are equally to be blamed. No potential evidence should be insisted by courts.
They are responsible for bringing up of their kids
