Who do you report suspected fraudulant solicitations to?

When you keep receiving those unwanted emails about depositing some dead persons "unclaimed" funds into your account for a 40% share of the proceeds, who do you report it to? because I'm sure these people sending the emails are attempting to get our personal info. Possible identity thief ring.

Just ignore it! Don't even bother to open such fraudulent mails but delete them straightaway!
