SC lawmakers are looking into making a law that will allow prisoners as much as 180 days off their sentence if they make a viable organ or bone marrow donation. I would like to know people's thought on whether they think its a good or bad idea.

Do you think the laws regarding sex offenders are going overboard and many Americans are in a mode of hysteria? Do you think it is right if 2 teenagers had sex that one should be labeled as a sex offender for life? 2 Teens have sex: one is 18 and one is 14. Is this child molestation? What do you think?

Nine years ago, then-stripper Jennifer-Anne Cowles and her accordion-playing beau David Balac were driving through a safari park in Ontario, Canada when a tiger actually snagged them from their vehicle, causing scars and serious injury. While the park long contested the couple's windows were not rolled up, Cowles and Balac finally received $800,000 and $1.7 million, respectively. Judge Jean McFarland awarded most of the money due to both victims' careers being severely hampered as a result of the incident.

I'm not talking about laws, but more vices that people obtain. Should you be aloud to do what you please to yourself, or with consenting parties, or do what you please in YOUR own home?

Just a theory which is widely believed- hence the reason why the current German Government limits its military spending- whenever it does, it causes panic, and insults many.

for their actions in world war II? They were serving their country, and in theory were not doing anything illegal, as the Nazi party was in control of Germany, and much of Europe at the time. Surely if an ex Nazi officer can get arrested today for serving their country. I would also like to mention, i do not support Nazism. i'm just curious. Thanks.

I've read a report on a few people who have been married seven times. I even knew a guy who claimed to have been married 14 times. I don't know if he was lying. Is there a legal limit on how many times a person can get married/remarried?

I brought an item from a friend and then decided against it. I don't have the item, but he hasn't paid me my money back - and its actually quite a lot and i can't afford to lose it. Our friendship has hit the rocks over this and he refuses to even talk to me let alone give me a refund. What legal avenues are there available to me in the UK to rectify this? Thanks

I know that the majority, if not all, of the US says 21 is the legal drinking age. Does the same thing apply for just being in a bar- or is it like a casino where you can hang out if you are 18, yet you cant do any of the supposed fun stuff that the 21 year olds get to do?
Would you say that varies from place-to-place? (Specifically for Virginia)

I mean like in America, many Americans I hear say "they ought to torture and kill those drug users/terrorists/etal others labels" but then these same people get angry when one like myself or another argues the same logic for EVERYONE period, all humanity. It just seems so unbalanced to me, as though EVERYONE has no real idea of what RIGHT and GOOD is compared to what WRONG and EVIL is. Can anyone clear this confusion up for me?

I am a temp worker, and this woman at work (I don't know if she liked me or what), but she followed me around while I worked. Even after her shift she would hang out talking to me (even though she knew I was married. I didn't start to feel uncomfortable until people started approaching saying she talks about me non stop when i'm not there. Instead of telling her that she makes me feel uncomfortable, I gave her a hard time, hoping she would take the hint to leave me alone. When she didn't stop, I didn't spell it out black and white and told her she needs mental help. She now is saying that I degraded her and harassed her by telling her she needs mental help and I lost my job because it (I never had the chance to explain my side). because she got angry, she now tells everyone that i'm a substandard worker now that I don't work there. Do I have any type of case of slander or any other claims?
