I think you mean illegally imported tobacco from Europe.Does the word illegally give you a clue?

if you went abroad and brought tobacco for your own use thats fine but if your buying off some one who is making a profit then it is illegal

not if you are underage. cheap tobacco is legal to buy

If it from store yes but if its from someone from down the pub then thay have probabley bought it back from off there holidays and not declared it so the tax hasnt been paid so in that case it is illegal.

If bought from a discount shop then yes.

If bought from someone flogging it under the counter, or in bars, then NO
