Not in most countries. The person who has purportedly been married the most time is former Baptist minister Glynn Scotty Wolfe, who has been married to 28 women (having divorced 27 of them).
Years ago before the advent of the internet there was a woman who had been married 26 time by the time she was 47 and flaunting it in the media and was able to verfiy each nupitual (but I do recall more than one was a re-marriage after a divorce) as it was obvious that she was trying to find a author/publisher/movie or TV producer to sell her story to.
Famed historic outlaw Poncho Villa was reported to have been married 26 times.

No maximun limit.
I saw a couple on TV that had a hobby of getting married in every state of America.. to each other of course, over and over again. Their goal was to get married in all 50 states.
It just takes a license, a fee, and a legal ceremony.

no, under federal law, marriage is freedom of expression so you can marry and divorce as many times as your life can handle.
of course, though, according to the holy bible, a person may only marry once until the partner dies or if they divorce, they may not remarry until other spouse dies. of course, being wicked humans, it is scarce to find the good people who follow this sanction!
