I used to buy my parts off ebay but they take too long to arrive so i've approached a couple of gunshops and they are worried about selling inert ammo (minus primer and charge but with the "bullet" tip") as it may upset the police.
Surely (i assume) inert rounds are not illegal especially if they're intended for keyrings, although i can understand the gun shop's point of view not wanting to sell inert rounds to anyone that walks in claiming they are for keyrings.

any advice?

I want to run away and live with my sister who is in another state. But the problem is, I'm on probation. I'm also in a court based program. I can't leave that program unsuccessfully, I HAVE TO LEAVE SUCCESSFULLY.If I were to run away, and go out of state to live with my sister, what would happen? Would I get locked up from the state I am in with my sister?

I was convicted of a dui . In the police report the officer wrote that he completed and faxed in the report the same night of the arrest. , a friday . The next 2 days after the arrest ,saturday and sunday I called the station to obtain my report but the arresting officer said it was not finished yet and would be ready at my monday morning arraighnment. Can I appeal this case on the grounds that the police officer perjured himself . I know that the station calls are all archived and that they would prove he lied.

my ex has a history of saying stuff that isn't funny to get back at me or scare me. he now has been texting me today telling me he got tested when he did a suspension (have hooks inserted into your back and you dangle from the ceiling). says he got the results back today and he's positive for it. i plan on getting tested myself on monday and then a few more times after that just to be sure im safe. what are charges i could bring against him for doing this to me. claims they said he has been positive for 6-12 months, had a blood test done that would've been taken the night of feb. 18 if he's telling the truth.

I feel stupid for asking, but I'd be stupid to not to and screw myself up. Anyway, i wanna be a lawyer, not a trial lawyer, but like a corporate lawyer, working in an office type thing. I keep getting asked what i'm going to major in in college, and I honestly have no idea what to chose to best prepare me for that (ideal) goal, and for law school.

Right around 15:30 CST, two uniform police officers knocked on my door. Asked me who I was and of course I told them and they put cuffs on me. I asked what this was about and they said I had a warrent for my arrest. They would not say what for and later claimed it was for a failure to appear charge. I get to jail and upon them transferring me to the correctional officers I got a chance to see the warrent itself. On it the part where it says "for failing to appear on _________." Yep it was blank. Now they said it was a copy and I'd get a chance to find out in the morning.... They would not let me have that or a copy of it. A "pre-trial" clerk then met with me after having stayed over three hours in custody saying that she "thinks" its for an unpaid fine but when checking my records there was no unpaid fines.... A bond was set at $380 dollars so instead of spending the night in jail I opted to bond out. What can I do?

I am going through a bitter termination of guardianship. I am trying to get my son back in my home full-time. Ever since I filed this petition the other party has been accusing my family of all kinds of false things. They're calling CPS all the time and I don't know what to do. The police say they can't do anything. Isn't there something I can do to stop this harrassment?
