This happened to my mother and I when I was little so I have been through this. You cannot stop people from calling and making false claims. Nor you cannot stop CPS or the police from entering your home and checking on someones well-being. This is what keeps out kids and family members safe. Stay in contact with CPS and invite them over now and again. Have an alibi or friends with you at home and keep your house extremely clean. If you live in a small town eventually they will get to know you and find out the truth.
good luck

In most states, a KNOWINGLY false report to cps is criminal. The issue to to prove that they knew it to be false, and willfully made the report anyway. I was the target of such a campaign, and it still enrages me. My son in law was also, and I wrote a long, courteous, but FACTUAL report to cps, myself, showing what I saw to be a pattern of retaliation for the parents wanting to move. NOt only did his parents file false reports, they also committed fraud on the court.
KEEP records, keep your nose cleaner than clean, and as far as possible, have some sort of proof of what really goes on. In court, hard as it might be, do your best to be the "better" parent, who is not throwing mud. Hopefully, the constant reports will backfire and show the other person to be vindictive.

You gather all the incident reports from CPS and file a harrassment suit. Judges know when someone is gaming the system and don't look too kindly on it.

whilst it might take a while for CPS to catch on that they are being used as a personal tool for getting back at some one, the reply above states some excellent points, be as open as you possible can.........keep the house neat and clean, with plenty of food in the cupboards..............IF you get snooty with them [and really in this case ALL they are doing is following up info however right or wrong it is] then they will think you have something to hide.................which it appears you do not.
Good luck and just be honest and straight forward with them.

Just let the authorities know what's going on, and they can come inspect your residence any time they like. This way you're being open and honest, and soon the other people will bury themselves.
