If your civil liberties has been violated, it is probably not because your white. If your not educated, dont vote, and have a rap sheet 10 miles long, then yes they may have been. Your question is too vague. Find a bail bonds if its not to late which it probably is, or deal with your court appointed attorney who will know. They love to take cases like that if its a big city. If you were arrested in a small town then I would say appeal their decision as quickly as your gulty verdict comes!
bye the way good answer middle!

I guess you didn't believe me when I answered this the last time. Unless the incident meets any of the criteria I mentioned in the last answer, YOU HAVE NO CASE. And by the way, you were not falsely 'imprisoned'. You may have been falsely 'arrested', but they didn't send you to prison.

If you are a white male...were you imprisoned by an all black police force. I don't why that would make any difference to your question.

It would be easier to advise you if we know exactly how your civil liberties were violated, i.e. why were you imprisoned?

Try the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). They love this stuff.

It does matter that you are a white male. You have a good chance at a fair trial.
