Are you asking how long the landlord can take before he files a suit against you for the unpaid rent? there are different limitations for different issues....

Statute. Their statUE of limitations is sitting on Liberty Island limiting their influx of tired, poor, huddled masses yearning to breathe smog, by inviting them all here with open arms. lol. Honestly, I welcome them all- it was just a joke.
