mother and child seperated 4 months ago by the police not juge no cps workers no papers sind, mother was gone having a baby sitter in care of child, baby sitter left child a lone when mother returned home her child was in the care of the police and now in faster care what rights does she have

Have you contacted CPS? They have to disclose your rights and tell you when the hearing is going to be. You will also get an opportunity to hire a lawyer get one pro bono. Are you really telling the whole story? If there really was a babysitter, all you have to do is give them her name and number and you should be all set (after the hearing), unless there was another reason the child was taken.
