Start by getting the governments of the world to recognize human rights. that is probably the only or best way. Start in your own community to get others involved. Write letters to nations and the UN to get them to understand.

Make citizens responsible & accountable.. This will induce some social sense and help improve human rights.

Uhh sorry it is not to vote for republicans that has nothing to do with it. That is just an ignorant answer. Be politically active ans=d share your findings. Also, voice your opinion when it come time to vote. That is the best way.

There is no way to achieve perfect human rights because each of us have different prospective of seeing things around. and we cant really say who's wrong or right.
