I bought a ticket in Expedia.com to travel to Switzerland with Swiss Airline, i have an emergency and i can't travel on my set date, i would like to reschedule my dates and pay any necessary penalty, Expedia says they would change it but Swiss airlines is not allowing them since i bought a very restrictive web fare, not even with a Doctor's letter they are willing to change it, or give me my money back. i told them i will pay any penalties but reschedule me and they won't. I called the airline and expedia and both are saying no. But supposedly is the airline who is not allowing this. i don't want to lose my money they won't reschedule me and they won't refund me. Is this legal? what can i do? Thanks, i am desperate here...

Don't answer: He didn't lie. That is not what I'm asking. I'm asking: if we had conclusive proof that he and Cheney and the rest lied us into a war, should they face justice and be punished for having done that? Please explain.

Someone has taken the time and training to make themselves into an effective, proven weapon. They might be a soldier, law enforcer or just someone who studies martial arts.

Can this person legally be considered to be a deadly weapon?

If so are there any cases where this has happened (please give example)?

a shipping fee of £25.00 should they have included this in the price? They keep sending letters. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing?

Clearly, a person should only be allowed free will to do a thing, so long as it harms no-one.

Trouble is, smokers light up & harm all those around them that breathe second hand smoke.

Women strip & destroy families.

In fact, almost all wrongs never just affect "you". Since it is the case, that all wrongs always affect others besides yourself (whether influence, environmental, or sexual),

Isn't it about time we strip people's rights away under martial law so they are made to do what is right regardless?

Seems everyone is abusing the free will they do have, right?

I recently received an e-mail stating that I won one million US dollars and for me to claim such big amount, it needs me to provide my personal information like my name, address, contact numbers, next of kin, work address and occupation. After giving those information, I never heard back from them. They did not ask me about my bank account. It was too late when I realized that the company is involved in a scams since that was the first time I received e-mails like those that uses the name of a respected company. I believe they just get my personal information for their unrighteous intent. I want to file a report or a complain against them to protect my privacy as well as my identiy. How do I go about doing this?

I recently ordered a silver psp for my son from what I though was a uk website, as it was co.uk. This turned out to be from the US. The item arrived and wasn't silver but black, they enclosed a letter asking me to accept this as it was a good price. I do not wish to accept it but am now stuck as they wont answer e mails, if I return the item it will cost £60 ! fed ex yet how else to get my money back ? I assume as it was their fault sending the wrong item they should arrange for collection.

Any thoughts?

I was wandering if it is legally possible to have a change of the ownership of a company without actually selling it to a buyer.

I had a small backyard get together for friends this past weekend. This included grilled food, beer, and even some stuff for the kids to do. A little later in the afternoon, the kids had gone inside to play video games, leaving the adults outside. We’d all had a few beers and started messing around with the bubble wand that the kids had been playing with. For those of you who don’t know, a bubble wand is a toy for making large soap bubbles in the air.

Anyways, I don’t recall how it came to this, but a buddy of mine held the bubble wand, while I pulled down my pants and farted into it. This actually produced a decent sized bubble, to the amusement of all who were in the backyard. The bubble, caught by a gentle spring breeze, sailed over the fence and into my neighbor’s yard. It then floated by my neighbor, who popped it, then turned a visible shade of green, nearly retching.

After he recovered, he started calling us every name in the book.

Hi! Here is what happened:
My good friend K. has recorded a nice audio meditation about opening heart and feeling love. Some years ago he was selling it on audio cassette, and then put it on his site 2 years ago - for free.

Yesterday my friend F. emailed me an audio meditation read by another person, who is selling it online from his site. Gross thing is that it almost word for word repeats the meditation by my friend K! I didn't compare it all, but my estimate is that this guy used big portions of K's meditation and total percentage of K's material in his meditation is about 90%.

My friend K. for now has decided to do nothing agains the site that is supposedly on another continent.

I wonder, is this the correct way to handle this? Could it happen that if K. does nothing then one day this guy will sue K. for his own work, claiming it his own?

Please give me your take on this. What shall we take into consideration?
