I recently ordered a silver psp for my son from what I though was a uk website, as it was co.uk. This turned out to be from the US. The item arrived and wasn't silver but black, they enclosed a letter asking me to accept this as it was a good price. I do not wish to accept it but am now stuck as they wont answer e mails, if I return the item it will cost £60 ! fed ex yet how else to get my money back ? I assume as it was their fault sending the wrong item they should arrange for collection.

Any thoughts?

contact trading standards and ask for advice. Not sure how it works on an international level though. Their advice is free and they should be able to help you.
