They should be castrated. I accept that these people are mentally ill, but that crime is inexcusable and people like that should not be sllowed to walk amoung us and our children. Children need to be protected from such predators... there is no sentance acceptable other than life...

I'm not sure I follow your question. If you want to know how long should a person be sentenced for abducting and sexually abusing a 3 year old then the answer is Life. Without Parole. Minimum.
I am not sure what you mean by "sex abductor" is that someone who abducts for the purpose of sex or someone who abducts (meaning to take something living, without consent) sex? I honestly don't think you mean a 3 year old child would be abducting anyone so I have to confess that I'm confused.
