if a mobile home park says 50plus, does that mean anyone under 50 cant buy a mobile in that park

I was just fired from my job over a medical problem that I have had for over 10 years. I have been at the job for over a year. I was fired because of the fact that I have Crohns disease and I had missed some days from work because of it. At the staffing agency I didnt have any personal sick time or short term disability from the job I could take. So I had took a month off to recoorperate I told my staffing manager at the agency what was going on she said ok. So when I got better I contacted the agency to place me at a new assignment to work. She said that I need a note from the Dr stating that I could start back to work and that this would not interfere with me missing any more days. I was fine for 2 months I started back I had missed 1 day for illness and missed another I had an med emergency & had to miss the whole day I have an drs note excusing me when i came back the next day they fire me and didnt want to see my dr's excuse. Should I sue them for discrimation

the Barera marquea fight was good but the referre didnt count the KO win barrera knocked Marqz down and at the end i knew why he didnt count at they were tryn to make marqz the new money maker for vegas cuz barrera is going to retire one judge gave only two rounds to barrera that was BS n most of the judege scored rediculos scores not even a close fight in there eyes ,im ashamed to be an american today what corruption still exists in Vegas they made the desicion in there favor because of odds or is it because sum people on top dont Like golden boys Idea to make boxing clean n they are tryn to get people talkn on how dirty he is when its not him its people in vegas n probably good old boys rich old men with power in politics and casinos n try to control boxing when possible by dirty Judges n referees n sumtime boxers themselfs

I am writing a research paper for my English class on controversial issues. I chose the minimum driving age and we have to present both sides of the issue. I am trying to find support for how increasing the minimum driving age will deter teenage motor vehicle crashes and related deaths.

For opposing arguments, I want to write about how all new drivers have the same amount of experience because they are new drivers, but I can not really find that much support for it. Also, I was thinking about using the fact that raising the minimum driving age to 18 would only cause problems because the new drivers would virtually be learning how to drive solo at the same time they are learning how to drink/alcohol is more easily accessible.

If you have any ideas, let me know!

How does this work??

Do they just take out money at certain times ( like if you have a big chunk in there)?

or do they absolutely close down your bank account , where if you deposit ANYTHING it goes to them?

I've been driving for just over a year and if i accumalate six penalty points on my licence i get automatically banned from driving.



ok.

well, six months ago I was stopped at a red light when an ambulance with sirens on needed to get by, I had two options, sit there and wait for the light to turn green or sneak throught the red light and let the poor sod in the ambulance get their treatment quicker!!!

Being the caring soul I am, I choose the latter option.

I got three points and a fine for going through a red light.

However, a couple of days ago (at exactly the same traffic lights weirdly), the exact same scenario occured with an ambulance with sirens on needed to get by.

I cant afford to lose my licence. I'm almost ashamed to say...I waited at the red light and held up the poor sod in the ambulance.

my question is...what has happened to this country when a citizen is punished for helping out a fellow citizen, and what would you have done in my situation???ta

2 months ago, my former friend's dad got in an accident, in which he was no longer able to work. He was no longer to pay the bills and was 2 months behind. I was nice, so I loan my friend 4000 dollars. He promised he would have payed me once he received his income return. 1 month ago, his friend told me he had received his income return. Right after, I tried to get ahold of him, but to no avail. He never answered my calls or was never home. At that time, I had arranged to pay a deposit and first months rent of an apartment my friends and I were getting. I had 3 days left to pay, but I still couldn't get ahold of him. I found out one day that he told his friend that he was never going to pay me. This is when my 4 friends and I decided to break into his house to at least get some stuff of his. One night, we drove to his house. When we got there, we decided not to do it, so my friend just threw 2 rocks at the windows. On the way out of the neighborhood, we got stopped.

I got sent a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe so much money for student loans.
What will happen if somebody shows up at the door with papers to serve me?

Will I have to respond or will they not be able to do anything other than find a default in court and try to attach my bank account or take something?( not much in there, and dont have anything)

Quick story. There is a debate at my college over a campus-wide smoking ban. Those who disagree with the ban cite their right to consume products as they see fit, and proponents of the smoking band have cited their "right" to not inhale second hand smoking. This is all very confusing.

We are defining rights as "legal justification to do whatever I want" (ie "it's my right to drive 20 over the speed limit, it's a free country").

What are rights, and where do they begin and end? What rights do we have, and what rights do we not have?

Okay well i am 15 years old and i am about to make 16 in November. Well i made mistakes last year my mother has yet to forget . so shes always talking about how she doesnt want me any more she doesnt want to be my mom and dat she wants me to runaway and dat she wont even bother to look for me . and like a few days ago my dad had got mad at me because i left the house without telling anyone but he never lets me leave so i decided to leave but i was just driving around with my friend well anyways he was mad at me so he went to his room and got some kind of shiny brownish blackish stick like wooden object and started hittin me with it so he he me mostly on my leg so now its all purplish and reddish and he was hitting me on my head like 3x so aftr he was done i went to the bathroom and saw all dis blood in my hand. But anyways i really want to leave i have someone to stay with like my friend or boyfriend but i want to know if its illegal in texas and what will happen to me.

These are the people who get paid to be corrupt,wage wars, wreck lives and destroy peace in general.
Do you think planet earth will get past this phase..to a system where the likes/dislikes of all men will influence any decision concerning them?
For example: Whether or not abortion is legal will still be decided by vote..except that these votes will be accounted direct from the voter to a transparent executive machinery...without any so called "Politicians" in between. I hope you understand...what i'm trying to convey!

to a low income apt. that's handicapped accessable and she thinks she'll be okay but she's not even bathed herself or made her own sandwhich in 6 years. She can't even comb her own hair! She won't listen to reason and stay where she's at which is comfy money wise and caretacker wise. She wants to leave the nursing hom so she can smoke and drink. The nursing home will be glad to see her gone and the apts. don't care, they just want paid. What the hell are we suppose to do when in 2 months she's laying with her foley screwed up, and she needs to go to another home? The one she's leaving won't take her back because she's caused so much trouble. HELP!
