Does the Harley Davidson represent family any more as the Harley Davidson is now representing the ugly side to humanity in an opinion and should the lime light be taken away so the average citizen cannot be scared by a generation that rides a Harley Davidson.I spoke to a person who thought about buying a brand new Harley Davidson placing it in the town square of local city in front of everyone and taking a sledge hammer to the Harley Davidson until there was nothing left but bent steal.I did not know what to say so i said nothing.

I have some True/False questions from Business Law class that are tricky for me. Could anyone help me answer these questions?
Thank you so much.

True/False:
1. The jury, being the sole finder of fact in a civil case, is free in the course of its deliberations, in arriving at the verdict, to disregard the judge's instructions and pronouncements as to the law.

2. As part of the checks and balances of our federal system, the President has inherent powers to determine the constitutionality of actions of the executive branch of government and, thus, can refuse to abide by decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court questioning the President's authority, particularly if the President believes such actions are in the best interests of the American people.

3. In a diversity case brought in the U.S. District Court of Western Washington, wherein it is alleged that the defendent has breached plaintiff's contract for consulting services, the court will apply the federal common law.

Here's the story...

Ace Trucking Corporation files a suit in a state court against Bob's Service Company (BSC), and wins. BSC appeals the court's decision, asserting that the evidence presented at trial to support Ace's claim was so scanty that no reasonable jury could have found for the plaintiff. Therefore, argues BSC, the appellate court should reverse the trial court's decision. May an appellate court ever reverse a trial court's findings with respect to questions of fact?

I recently discovered that my license in NJ was suspended from failure to pay a driving on expired tags ticket. Well, I live in Michigan and have never lived in NJ or had a NJ license. I did get the ticket in question in "1991" while visiting a friend and paid the officer cash at the police station. I've never heard any more about it until I wanted to renew my Michigan drivers license this past fall and because Michigan just came on board with some national reporting system, they said I couldn't renew until I paid the ticket in NJ. Can they still hold me accountable from "1991"? I definately don't have payment verification from "1991". What can I do about this?

I was thinking about creating an artificial spouse for a final project once I get into a 4 year for my senior project, personally I feel it would benefit those like me to whom which there are no mates for (asexuals) but have the basic (annoying) yearn for companionship.

I was seriously curious, say I actually get this done, and a full working prototype, they give married people tax deductions so would I get one if I built my spouse? What if I built my kids as well?

Yes, this is an ACTUAL question, I want ACTUAL answers, anything less with be reported.

He was so overpowering with his opinions it just ruined t for everyone else. I tried to take in and listen to everyone elses opinions. I think the eventual outcome was the only one they could come to but I think they did it. The evidence wasn't there but I think they were guilty. It just showed up the difficulty of the justice system and how no matter what you think, you have to go with the evidence. What did you think?

I had to turn my car in willingly because I was unable to continue to make payments. I realized that for a year and some months, I was working real hard on my job and not getting paid enough money for the work I did. I was constantly struggling. So, several times, I wrote checks off my father's account to pay half of a huge car note. I realized that I didn't have to purchase that car, and that I wanted to keep up with the joneses. My father informed on a few occassions that he could keep paying my car note because it was too high. And he told me not write any checks off his account anymore. I agreed to that, and realized for a long time, that was wrong. I have been unemployed for the past three months now,but I am seeking employment, but I haven't found a gig that is going to pay me at least 12 or 13 dollars an hour. So, how does one survive? Will this ruin my chances of buying a home one day and getting another cell phone?

I got 3 points in my driving license and had to pay £60, but did not go to court. Although in my license counterpart says that the local court ammended the license with 3 points.
Is this gonna affect my criminal records (CRB)? I am worried that when I apply for my naturalisation in the UK this will show on my CRB.

Can someone help me on this? Thanks.

I don't think that everyone should beleive what I do. Just look beyond what you see. As far as pink elephants, if I weren't not the only person around the world who has discribed the same thing without knowing each other, than what's up with that? You should never rule anything out. You never know .

I've been filing my claim for about three weeks now and they're still not arriving in my mailbox. Bill time is coming up soon. Doesn't the government care about our living conditions? If they don't send the money soon I will be in deep doo-doo with my living expenses. So! Can anyone tell me how long does it usually take?
