either since,she is denying my visitation rights,but i dont know what legal rights i can presue with my limited resources to resolve this can anyone help ??? I love my son even more than she loves him,i think i know about where they are but what is the legal way to settle this so at least i can get parental rights to visit my son.I pray daily that i will find them please help if you know what actions i need to take,thanks.I still love my wife and do not wish any vengenace for her.I just wish she would understand i just want whats best for our son.I work construction work and my boss says he will give me some time off durning rainy season to look for them and i have save about $1500.00 and think i can but i need to know that i'm not getting in trouble breaking any laws.

First of all if you have a lawyer, let him know what you know and let him handle it. If you find them, and she doesn't want you around she will just (get lost again). If you don't have a lawyer, see what advice the local AFDC can do for you, or the local sherriffs department. Keep your agreement papers on you always to show your rights. Would you want to Steal him back? because the law is on her side (custody) Because It will be a constant battle if she doen't want you to see him.

If you have visitation rights, she is technically in breach of the agreement. There is unfortunately no cheap way to handle the situation. You will need a lawyer and you will need to find them to even try to enforce any decision. There are some limited things that the police can do, but in civil matters they are not as clear as in criminal law.

If you are still claiming status as a parent with visitation rights then she is breaking the law.

get a hold of the lawers that you had fpr the custody suit and they should be able to tell you what can be done in your case .
