I don't think that everyone should beleive what I do. Just look beyond what you see. As far as pink elephants, if I weren't not the only person around the world who has discribed the same thing without knowing each other, than what's up with that? You should never rule anything out. You never know .

It's supposed to, but too many people convict on feelings. DNA evidence has exonerated so many people convicted decades ago the entire system should be reexamined!

I think a lot of people are convicted of crimes that they haven't committed just to get a conviction. I use to believe in the Death Penalty but now the only way I believe anyone should be put to death that is if they admit that they kidnapped a child molested them and then suffocated them. When a person is put to death the only thing that they can put on that death certificate is Homicide that means, murder. I've see so many that have been proven at the last minute that they weren't guilty, that is chills me to the bone to see someone unless they confess to the horrible crime be put to death or otherwise murdered.

mistakes can always be made, however they are convicted "beyond a reasonable doubt" by a jury of their peers. Its rarely just a judge in a criminal proceeding, but a jury trial, where atleast 12 people and the Judge determines them to be guilty or innocent. The judge can overrule the Jury, but seldom does. The odds of 12 complete strangers agreeing on guilt when a person is innocent is very rare.

Remeber the phrase "Beyond a Reasonable Doubt" cause thats all they ask for when convicting someone for a crime, so if you are hisp and wearing jeans and someone brown skin wearing jeans gets busteif he goes to court on it it is very possible to get a guilty verdict even if they are not guilty by this reasonable clause phrase. It works bohth ways really but usually toward the Courts liking.

That is the way it is suppose to work, but the court system is stacked against the defendant, Prosecuters have unlimited resorces and can bring "expert witness's" and usually the defendant can do nothing to dispute these "experts" Many people have been found to be not guilty after spending many years in jail.

The law does not require 'without a doubt', it merely requires 'beyond all reasonable doubt'. It also leaves the option open for an appeal...........
