He writes: I am Mr. Joseph Poon director of operations of the Hang Seng Bank Ltd, branch, central Hong Kong. I have an obscure business proposal for you.
Before the U.S and Iraqi war,our client Muhannad al-Hakim a Merchant made a fixed deposit of 44.5mUSD,for 18months.Upon maturity several notices were sent to him, during and after the war which began in 2003.We later found out that my client, his wife and two sons had been killed during the war. What bothers me most is that according to the laws of my country, at the expiration of 4yrs the funds will revert to the ownership of the Hong Kong Government,if nobody applies to claim it. I want you to provide me with your Full Names, phone/fax and residential address and I shall provide you with more details on this operation.

Is there any way to report things like this? I'm tired of just ignoring them. They never really go away. It is very annoying. How do they get my address and has anyone actually fell for something like this?

Me and some friends want to toilet papar another friends house while he is out of state for a few days. Anyways, I was wondering if the neighbors could call the cops on is and we get in any sort of trouble. I know that if you toilet paper someones house, and the person who owns the house can call the cops on you, but if its a neighbor that calls, can they do anything about it... I'm guessing it probably doesn't matter who calls though. So, what kinda trouble could we get into. We are all just under 18

I got arrested on a charge of dissordally conduct and pleaid guilty
when I went to sentancing they the proscuter brung up a carying a concealed weapon and assulting a police officer charge that I had been foung not guilty of .This charge was also fifteen years old.How in the world is this on my record when I was found not guilty and how do i get rid of it.
This thing being on my record made me look realy bad in front of the judge and I was pretty much nailed to the cross for the new charge this realy sucks . I thought that if you didn't do it that they could not bring it up. Is their a way to fix this .I feel this has got to be uncontitutional....

I have thought of many options yet none seem to work. Help, I am tired of my car being tagged at night. The police don't seem to care because they think the churches insurance will cover any/all misdemeanors. However, it keeps me and others away from what might happen.

I have a 7 year old daughter who has lived with myself and my husband since she was born. Biological father is now after 7 years filing for visitation. He has never paid child support and has only seen her 2 times she is afraid and frankly I am also. Can he get visitation and any suggestions for me that can help? He has been calling saying he can get custody that court doesnt care if he has ever paid or not that he can still get her. My husband wanted to adopt her he said if I dropped support order he would now he took that back and filed for visitation. After 7 years does he still have rights?

I was outside smoking a ciggarette at 4 in the morning thinking what I was going to write for the conclusion of a research paper I was working on. I live inside the dorms of a university and there were students out there who weren't being loud, but there was around 10 of them talking. An officer came up to them, called me over there as well and told us all to go inside or he would arrest us. He didn't say under what charge (probably because he knew there was nothing he could charge anyone on), but I am very upset about this because I don't think he had the authority to threaten me that way and I think he was abusing his power. I think it's sad that you aren't even allowed to do the right thing in America without a police officer harassing you just because he's a jerk.
